Think I got a mediocre cut of meat and I felt it was over-cooked. The mash was excellent. The person I was with absolutely loved her meal and was fully satisfied.

Mediocre at best. Overpriced, too dark, smells like a run down Indian restaurant, food portions small, bathrooms downstairs and dirty toilets covered with garbage bags.

Came on vacation in July and chose Sparks as our "fancy" dinner restaurant. It was wonderful and the perfect atmosphere with excellent service but the food was the highlight! Amazing! I am still dreaming about my meal 4 months later! I loved the wine and forgot to ask what it was before I left so I called months later and the wait staff happily referred me to the correct wine. 10/10⭐I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

It was a short walk from the waterfalls and was a very good find. The food was good, portions were good to share with a group and the staff were really friendly.

Great service and the 5$ drinks are a must. It was honestly a really good experience after so many over priced locations. I highly
Steak prices are a bit high for the place and the service. I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce as an appetizer, but they didn't serve it with toasted bread, they didn't have any. Of course, it was a bit difficult to get the real taste of that sauce without toasted bread. The steak was served with mashed potatoes and roasted green beans. The beans were not tasty. The shrimp and steak were delicious. The staff was friendly. I think a photo should be added to the menu. The mixed salad was also delicious.

Was exploring Niagara and stumbled (literally) upon Sparks in the Clifton Hill district and Emma the bartender was a complete delight! Highlight of our trip. Completely hilarious and learnt a lot about horses and gin (yeah, you read that right). Definitely recommend stopping in!

We had an amazing evening with exceptional service. Can't wait to return. The food and entertainment were top-notch. We visited as a family, attracted by its status as NY's oldest steakhouse. Our waiter, Miguel, was outstanding, having served there for 10 years. He humorously chided my sister for pouring her wine. The fillet steak was unparalleled, and the mashed potatoes were heavenly. It's pricey, and tips aren't included, so waitstaff are attentive. The ambiance is old-school with a comfortable spacing between tables.

This was one of the worst meals I have had ever. Horrible, just horrible. They were understaffed and so the bar tender served us. He was rude, took forever to serve us, talked way too much, forgot our drinks, and was sassy. The salads were wet and mushy with ice cold chicken. The burgers were INEDIBLE. Wayyyy overpriced and we barely touched our food. We left here still hungry because we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat the food. Overall, a HUGE disappointment and I would give this restaurant zero starts if I could. Do NOT go here.

Food was decent but better than that was the customer service, amazing people. And the ambience was fancy as well.
