I came in here to get takeout, first I was told they don't do original ribs only whiskey glazed (they didn't even know their own menu but I thought OK I'll cut them some slack), then I was sent up to the bar to order takeout and I was informed that an 18% gratuity is automatically added. I really found that hard to believe because it's just takeout. I wasn't even able to adjust the gratuity. The bartender said it was a Niagara Falls thing. So I figured maybe it is a tourist thing or a way to tax the honeymoon capital of the world. Later he denied doing this. Then I decided to order dine in since I am paying a more hefty gratuity anyway. But I left feeling that I had been scammed or bait and switched. If people want to be tipped for dine in normal service that's fine but this was all a little odd. I did inquire with other restaurants if this was a Niagara Falls thing and was told no it isn't.

I went to Fridays at the Wyndham Hotel with a friend. We were visiting from Totonto for a few days with a few other people. Our server was a young lady named Elizabeth. She went above & beyond her typical duties with us.My friend needed soft food for her new teeth. Elizabeth helped her to choose some items that would be appropriate. Then she asked her supervisor if the food could be considered as an entree, for a discount we would get.Igt was approved so we all were content. Fridays is lucky to have such a compassionate server as Elizabeth. She is a credit to Fridays in the Wyndham Hotel.Roberta Chaitov

Visited a few times because they had really good live bands. The drinks are typically priced for this area, tourist area. But the bands were fun and kept the crowd entertained. It was a mixed crowd of young and old but it’s always fun! Go on the weekend it will be busy and bands are great.

Fries are AMAZING, those crispy coated fries. Ribs were meh, I wouldn’t eat them again. I’ll go there next time and try the steak.Service and waitress were perfect, so friendly and awesome atmosphere. For sure a great stop when in Niagara as Toronto doesn’t have a TGI that I’m aware of.

Prices are high for being a pub,Everything by we ordered was either burnt, looked and felt like it was left out for an hour or two, or like it was watered down (sauces).Ordered beef Fijitas, the cheese was hard. Not even sweating like it was left out no literally hard, the guac was runny, the onions were burnt, they mixed the beef with the burnt onions so the beef tasted burnt to, the onions were burnt onto the skillet before she even put it on our table.Their fries were good I’ll give them that, but the burgers were like cardboard. We ordered our kids a burger and my husband got a burger his was almost $30 theirs $12 and it was the exact same burger, fry amount etc.Not sure if maybe the chef was having a rough day or if it was a new guy.

Paid 92 dollars for mozzarella sticks and two orders of chicken fingers . They put honey mustard with chicken fingers. Never asked me what sauce I wanted . This was as if I bought it from Walmart and put it in air fryer at home. I expect better I would not recommend this at all
