Come here quite often early in the evening. Never first, donuts always hard. People are friendly though, but donuts are hard all the time and it is. Open 24 hour, there's no reason for heart doughnuts. Tim hortons is known for the coffee and the doughnuts. I would not recommend for the doughnuts here at all. Donuts are not cheap anymore. It's pretty pathetic when you go to get a donut and you can bounce it off the ground.

Bad customer service and they don't even know their own menu. We asked for an everything croissant and they gave us a plain croissant. Then they blamed us saying that we weren't specific enough and that the name "everything croissant" is the name of a normal croissant? One search on google and an everything croissant is one with bacon or sausage, egg, and cheese.
