My boyfriend and I came down to Niagara for our 3rd anniversary and decided to switch our reservation from a different restaurant to watermark and I’m so happy we did. The waitress was very pleasant and very attentive with checking on how our meals were, to ensuring the water on our table was filled. The food was great, worth the price point and it was presented very well when it was brought to you. My boyfriend and I would 100% recommend watermark if you’re looking for a fine and romantic dining experience in Niagara.

The group I was with had The Lamb Chops which were good, 2 people had the fillet which was also good. I had the Ribeye and it was a bit chewey and lacked flavor. The Cesar salad was pretty good. The ambience is very nice and great views but the prices of the drinks are very high.

The food was delicious, the ambiance was great. There was a violinist there. Parking is not on premises which is annoying especially having to walk in heels in the rain back to the hotel. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the view because of the weather.

It was ok but we have been to just as good places that cost less or same. I guess you are paying for the great view and the violin player.. 2 people $240 (+/-) includes taxes and 18% tip for soup ,salad and 2 beef tenderloin..

From the minute we walked in, we were given outstanding service. Our waiter was phenomenal. The entire meal was delicious! Our experience was 5 star. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Overhyped and over valued. Too expensive for the value of the food and wine. Bottle of wine in lcbo or from the winery is 20 bucks. Selling the same wine for 60 bucks. lol. Food is not that tasty too. Won't be referring or suggesting anyone

Darren our waiter was fantastic. Explain the menu asked if we were going to a show at the OLG stage to make sure he got us out on time. Service was perfect . Food was outstanding. In The view was breathtaking

Went here for breakfast and had the eggs Benedict. It was nothing special, quite disappointing to be honest. The restaurant is for views and atmosphere but the food was just not worth it in my opinion. I asked for a coffee and it never came but I was so disappointed with the breakfast that I couldn't even be bothered to remind the server.
View of falls at dinner time not a picturesque. Eggplant InvoltinI was tough as though overcooked or kept warmed for too long. Tiger Prawn cocktail was goo. Watermark Caesar salad had crisp romaine but not very flavourful dressing with a bland Parmesan tulle. Salmon done very well however the red pepper romesco sauce did not go with the dish. Forest Mushroom & Butternut Squash Risotto had great flavours but was a little too gummy in texture. Plate could have been warmer. I was told breakfast here was a better experience by others.

Experience was outstanding. Gorgeous dining room with amazing views of Niagara Falls. The menu was terrific, flavours memorable. Presentations from Chefs were informative, entertaining and enthusiastic. Violin music during dinner was lovely, very talented artist. Service was flawless from professional, personable servers.

We felt the restaurant was a little deceitful. We went on a Friday for date night and found many of the items on the menu had added costs. It does not reflect a fixed price as advertised. Disappointed in that regard.

We visited the watermark for a lovely Friday night date night. We requested a window seat and were granted that. The atmosphere was very quiet our server was very lovely and food was outstanding. Only downfall is there was no view of outside due to the fog. But nothing to dwell on. We will be booking again
