Might be the best wine and Winery I've ever had. Wine is truly excellent, the staff are super nice too. May was amazingly friendly. As much as I'd like to keep it a secret, If you're in notl, don't miss this place.
I haven't come to the west side of the Niagara and the Hinterbook has surprised me with their outstanding quality wine and elegant interior design. The entry level wines are mainly white grape and easy to everyone. I personal would suggest the sparkling wines. However the higher end red wines are their gem and it is hard to pick which is the best. If I can afford them, I will take them all, lol.
