The ambience was really nice and the lamb was really good. Neil was our waiter and he was nice, friendly and chatty. Loved it. Fred helped us get our non-alcoholic cocktails and he was quite helpful in explaining the menu in plain English.Some dent to the wallet but it was worth it for m'bride and the kind of service. Happy I chose this venue to mark our anniversary.

You can never go wrong with breakfast in the Nobel dining room at the prince of wales. Service is wonderful and everyone who works there are lovely! Would recommend a classic yoghurt and granola with seasonal berries and some honey

We dined at Noble as part of a getaway package through vintage hotels. I cannot say enough about this restaurant. Excellent service, food was incredible, and the small extra details they added to their service and food made this an amazing dining experience. Highly recommend dining here.

As it was my birthday there was a special addition to my dessert which was really nice to see and be appreciated. I enjoyed the fact that the wait staff asked each table if they were celebrating something special so they could accommodate and add any special things. Nice touch!

Great menu choices. I ordered the lamb shank and it was delicious. Great value for money. Service was impeccable. Gary ( I hope I remembered his name correctly) was very nice. My pear cocktail was amazing. Iwould come back.

I would recommend that you update your menu on line as I decided on the salmon but when I arrived I had only cod to choose from.Besides that the cheese platter wasn't up to my liking,a little bit better variety all three meats were all salami based.The cheese was excellent.

My husband and l visited Niagara on tge Lake for Valentine's. We dined at Noble on Feb 15th and we got more than we expected. The waiter was amazing, he went over and above to ensure that everything was going well. The food was a m a z ing, from the way it was presented to the quality. We are definitely viditing again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place for dinner!! Neil was an outstanding waiter, took very good care of us! Food was delicious... the only thing I would mention is that the food could have arrived at a warmer temperature.

My wife and I have been coming to the Prince of Wales for over 15 years and the Noble restaurant ALWAYS is beyond expectations! Reason being is a number of staff have remained at the property. Recently we traveled to have dinner at the restaurant as COVID restrictions hinder us from crossing the border. Happy to be back!
Simple menu, with everything made from high quality ingredients. Don't expect something very exotic.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Very reasonable price for the quality food. I would suggest not to dine at Niagara Falls as they mostly serve overpriced mediocre food in general. Drive 20-25 mins to Niagara on the Lake for a nice meal alone is worth it. We had breakfast there recently but their lunch and dinner are equally great.

Upon entry to Noble, the Hostess totally ignored us for upwards of 10 minutes. She did not even acknowledge us, say hello, or indicate she will be with us shortly during this time. She came and went from the desk a number of times, fiddled with menus and avoided eye contact with us while we were waiting. She eventually seated the couple in front of us who were also waiting, then greeted us. This left us with an unfavourable impression, considering this was our first time frequenting Noble. A simple greeting and indication that she would be with us shortly would have been sufficient but it never came. In contrast, Valerie, our server was a total joy and her service was exemplary. She made a great recovery to offset our initial experience with the hostess.
