The menu offered many great choices (from waffles to nachos), and the food was delicious. The food was beautifully plated, fresh, and generous portions. The prices were more than reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive!

Booked a girls overnight stay with massages and dinner out. Everyone we encountered was amazing until we ate at Play. Our service was absolutely deplorable!! Our waitress basically ignored us all evening and we had to go searching for her several times; only to find her leaning up against the bar doing nothing. Everyone around us seemed to have attentive service but our table. We even informed the manager who stated he would get on top of things. Zero improvement. Then the waitress seemed to become annoyed with us because we complained. The food was average, but very highly priced for something that claimed to be a "bar and grill" pub type food. ie) Single salad was almost $20.00. I would not recommend nor go there again. What a disappointment after experiencing so many other wonderful staff members at the White Oaks Resort & Spa.

I visited Play on New Year's Eve while staying overnight for the holiday. My turkey with cranberry panini was excellent, and my friend's Reuben was very good. Exceptional service; very friendly staff and bartenders. We also enjoyed the bar and lounge with delicious cocktails and a live musician leading up to the ball drop. Very fun atmosphere, relaxing yet festive. I would absolutely return!

Some of the most amazing food in all of Canada by far! Everyone working in the facility is kind and respectful. I've had servers Emily P and Molly, who are both amazing at their jobs and go above and beyond every day.I highly recommend stopping in and trying out this 5star menu.
