I visited this store recently and on the store there were 25 people at the store and it takes more than 15 minutes to complete every order, only 1 guy is working at the store apologize to everyone for getting their order ready.They should have need more people to serve.
As its a cold weather, we needed something in hot beverage. There are good options in that too. Krunal helped us out to choose better options. He gave us the spoon to taste while making the drink. Must visit again!!
It was a good experience!! My girlfriend was picky and wanted to try something different and not too sweet!! krunal( Employee) if spelled it right ,was very patient and gave good recommendations of drinks !! Made good modifications according to us .. Must say good customer service.. Gave us the spoon taste as well of the drinks .. would definitely visit again!!

I used to love the bubble tea here but now they changed the tapioca pearls they used to be nice and soft but now they are tiny and so hard, the mango slush also is a lot more sour and not sweet anymore. Will not be buying

Guys, the worst RealFruit bubble tea. Taste just like water with some milk no tea flavour at all. They forgot to place tapioca. After request they place it but the tapioca taste so bad, so artificial no fresh. I can understand that at rush hours you can make mistakes. But dont play with the quality of the drinks. I have tried the same drink in other realfruit locations but none has dissapointed me so much as this one at the Outlet Mall.
