This is my first experience with wine tasting, and it was so great. The guy who assisted us is named Herb. He is such a nice and lovely guy. He explains about wine very carefully and with passion. Overall, I like the Vidal Icewine. Besides, Canada is well known for its ice wine as well. That is why I am curious to try this ice wine.
