Happy to stumble into Another Land Coffee, whose door is hidden right by a Chicken joint. Ben was a very knowledgeable barista and happily explained the beans available for the day. I gave the Ethiopian single-origin from Rocanini a try and it was a smooth, lighter roast. Looking forward to coming back!

This quaint little cafe is a hidden treasure, nestled above a few restaurants right on Yonge. You've got chill music playing, a nice variety of food and drinks, and fancy decor. We got to take shelter on this foggy rainy day in Another Land, and it embraced us with open arms! The interior is very cozy and cute, with fun paint colors and many sets of china to serve pourovers in. Our lovely barista took our five person group of out-of-towners in stride. We each had a croissant sandwich and some lattes, an americano, and a pourover. All of our drinks were great, but if you’re an espresso/pourover fan the baristas are knowledgable about the beans on rotation and will help pick a flavor profile you will enjoy. Special thanks to our barista who talked to us about our plans for the day and gave us recommendations for where to go next on vacation!Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible, there is unfortunately a staircase up to the second floor where the shop is located.

They’re located upstairs so you’d have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the cafe. Even though it was pretty busy, there were still available seats the whole time I was there (2.5 hours). I didn’t see power outlet near me but I didn’t need to use it.As for food and drinks, I got the matcha tiramisu latte which was super tasty!! The wagyu origini was tasty and so affordable. I didn’t order this but their sandwiches are less than $10 which is surprising for a cafe since most of the time it’s closer to $15.Overall, custom service was great and they serve a very large variety of drinks and food!

Ordered few times, the drink is very good. The staffs are also nice.However, this is the first time I order for a iced drink and I was shocked because of the volume. I guess it is because the cup is too big? If so, I think it is better to give me a smaller cup for this amount of drink. It would look better!Anyway, the drink is good!
