Please update your hours online and post current hours.I arrived at around 7:50 pm to do some pressing work and hoped to have a nice environment to do it in for two hours before your posted 10pm closing time. I asked where a seat with an outlet was and an employee pointed me in that direction, so I set up there. A minute later I walked to the counter and ordered a large drink to accompany me while I worked. Only after I had ordered and paid did that same employee call out that there were “10 minutes til close”.So, in total, I had looked at the Google Maps listing of the hours (which said close was 10pm), spotted the hours posted on the door (which didn’t have any new Holiday hours posted for January 3rd), and talked to an employee twice before paying and settling in, all before I was told that in fact, I did not have the time to work and that setting up my space and buying my large drink was pointless as I had to leave in 10 minutes anyway. Could certainly have posted accurate hours or told me when I walked in and was greeted.

Aroma is a nice place to go where you can escape the somewhat dreary atmosphere of campus. I am always happy to be served by the nightshift team. The girl with funky earrings and red hair is a riot and always makes my friends and I laugh, and the other girls always are friendly too. I have never had an issue with my coffee or tea orders and I am so glad to have this little spot to just relax at. The regular customers all know the staff and it feels like a small town inside such a big city.

Maddie at Aroma- who works the night shift is an absolute superstar! Her service is top-notch, always delivered with a warm smile and a genuine interest in making your visit special. She crafts some amazing coffee, pays attention to detail, and her latte art is simply amazing. Maddie's positive energy and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, making my visit to Aroma a delight. 10/10 would visit again.

I usually choose Aroma instead of Starbucks and Timi because I like the taste of the coffee and the staff are so friendly. Today I saw one of the most unfair work scenes. When I got there at six o'clock pm, I noticed that there was a long line of people and only two people were working. Those two people were working so fast, but they were not responding to the crowd and their faces were extremely tired.Probably one of the most important goals of this brand is to create a good experience for customers and pretend to care, but how can you believe this slogan when this brand does not even care about its own employees?My friends and I felt so sorry for them the whole time we were there, seeing the cruelty that was done to those two people was so annoying.
