Great place to work and for a hot drink. Probably the only chain coffee store that sells hot apple cider when it’s in season. This one was particularly well made with lots of cinnamon sticks and apple rings.

I love Aroma Cafe and this honestly hurts me to write.I ordered grilled chicken and avocado sandwich here with a spankopita. While I was eating my sandwich I discovered a dead bug/fly. It was disgusting I ended up throwing everything out. I often visit this location and Oakville as that's where I work. This happened at North York- Consumers Rd location. This is also proof that they're not washing their vegetables or at least they're not doing it properly.

Okay study spot. Seating area is good but the smell of food is medium strong which might be annoying if you're sitting there to study for long hours. Prices are reasonable and there's quite a variety of everything. Doesn't have too many plugs if you're looking into plugging your laptop.Also the internet is spotty some days. I had trouble with meetings specially.

We walked in at 4 30 pm and they said they are sanitizing and closing at 5pm and cannot give coffee. Worst experience. They cannot write “OPEN” if they can’t provide coffee 30 minutes before closing . Can never rely on their store

Worse customer service ever had. All tables full of dirty cups and dishes , rude staff, worse coffee ever had . I got diarrhea and severe headache right after I left the store .

So Aroma is incredibly expensive and if I’m going to pay this much you better be better than Starbucks. I’ve tried to give this location a chance and it’s the only cafe in the area for all these business. No other way of putting it, it’s trash. Attitude from staff. Coffee comes warm not hot. Sandwich, I could have done better at home. I ordered a sandwich and actually reassembled it myself because of how poorly it was constructed.
