Great atmosphere, food and taste.Although coffee can improve to be a bit more consistent.To be more specific, the Americano.Sometimes its dark, sometimes it's light, sometimes it's extremely hot, sometimes its lukewarm.

The interior of this cafe is what brought me here. However, the cappucino and latte were not properly made. It’s a shame since this is such a cute spot. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back for drinks.

I’m very surprised to see this cafe has such a high review. Here is what happened to my friend and I when we dine in today:1. Wrong drink - my friend ordered decaf latte and I ordered a latte with lite ice. They served us two regular latte.2. Cold lasagna - we arrived at around 2:15 and took the orders. My friend got her lasagna after 30min at around 2:45, and it was frozen inside! We didn’t expect the lasagna to be made fresh but cold ones??!! We asked the store manager to take the lasagna off from the bill. The request was rejected and they offered us a tiramisu instead. The tiramisu tasted like a cake.3. Wrong bill - we ordered one brunch and one lasagna but they charged us two brunches and one lasagna on the bill! Thankfully my friend checked the bill before paying otherwise we’ll be double charged for one dish.If you just want a cafe to grab a drink, sure; otherwise I suggest you to double consider your choice.

We sometimes come here to get coffee takeout. Our first few visits were great, particularly enjoying the cortado. However, today's experience was different. When my partner tried to order a cortado, the cashier misunderstood and thought she said "cocktail." After clarifying, the cashier responded "cortado...oh as in a single shot of espresso? This comment has left me uncertain. I would expect she knows what a cortado is if she works in the cafe. At the end, we received just one shot of espresso with a little bit of foam. This is clearly not a cortado. It is different than what we got previously in the same cafe. We wanted to check with her, but she quickly walked away after dropping off the espresso. We waited for a minute, we decided to leave as the situation was disappointing. This experience contrasted with our previous visits to the cafe. We will not be returning.
I have visited this café restaurant a few times. The last visit would rank the poorest when it comes to service. However, I shall admit it seems obvious that providing good service is the top priority. In my visits, service has never been satisfactory. Food and drinks are decent (and somehow special (!)) but pricey compared to service, size, and quality. Combining the service and the food, it does not disappoint, with a lot of expectations remaining unsatisfied.Will I return, recommend, and invite guests for more casual short meetings for socializing? Maybe!!

Loved the creamy burrata with salad that can easily feed 2 people. Fregola salad and lasagna was also tasty. Dessert of custard tart was also quite decadent.Vegetarian options: Salads and eggplant parmigiano and pasta sacchetti.
