When I come into a DEAD establishment I expect at least moderate service. I don't expect to be treated as if I'm am an inconvenience and to be ignored while he was in on head set. This will be my first AND LAST TIME even though the food was good.Hard pass.

Good burger but absolutely horrendous service. The guy did not want to work or answer any questions. He only pointed to the board behind him without pointing to any specific thing. Once food was ready, he left it on the side and walked away to get back to playing on his phone. Would never go back to this location again!

I recommend a Big Smoke burger, a bacon poutine, and fry. This is the best choice when I come there. Also, they have the Crispy chicken burger which is another great choice. For a drink, I like the Vanilla milkshake.This place is awesome!

Very impressed with big smoke burger. I'm a fan of trying unusual flavours so when I saw the Pineapple Burger; I had to try it. They knew what they were doing when they came up with this match. The amount of flavour that comes out of one bite already made me want to buy another

Amazing burger!!!! It was my first time there and I got the blue and substituted the beef patty for a lamb patty. I enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommended.

When you call a place BIG SMOKE BURGER and it actuality fits in the palm of my hand that's misleading people.The onion rings were overcooked and as hard as a rock, I probably could have used them to skip on the water.The fries were average at best with nothing special about them what so ever.The burger tasted really good, I'll give them that much but the meal itself was not much bigger than a happy meal at McDonald's.I went with my wife and it cost $38 dollars and change for 2 combos and needles to say we left hungry and were not big people.
