I visit this Boston Pizza location at least 5 days each week, but normally daily. I am retired and it is the highlight of each day. I know all the staff personally and value each of them greatly. I'm treated (as is everyone) with warmth and kindness that far surpasses just excellent customer service. I love the food and normally am a creature of habit (salt & pepper wings or my customized individual pizza) but just recently got hooked on their mashed potatoes. Today I was served by Carol as I have benn 100s of times. I've known her for several years. Beyond professional and terrific at her job. An 11 out of 10. She's phenomenal.

came here yesterday with some friends and was not disappointed!!! Nicole was our server and she made us laugh the whole night. Additionally, she made sure our drinks were always topped up, our food was out promptly, and she answered any questions about the menu we had! Definitely will be coming back and I hope nicole will serve us again!

I've been a regular at Boston Pizza for months and their consistency in delivering high-quality pizza is unmatched. The ingredients are always fresh, the crust is done just right, and the service is impeccable. They also offer a great selection of wines and craft beers to complement your meal. Great for groups or a casual solo visit. A true gem in the neighbourhood!

We went there with my friends on Sunday at 8 PM. Can you believe that we had to go and find the payment machine to settle our bills ourselves? We went to the front desk searching for the machine and then paid OUR BILLS by ourselves. No one was there, and nobody apologized or anything. We experienced the poorest service ever! I can confidently say this restaurant should permanently close its doors!Food was very oily and terrible.AVOID THIS PLACE!

My group came to watch hockey game. All tbs got set to ufc that no one was watching. Also repeated audio going out. Finally switched it back to hockey after asking a few times. Otherwise it’s a typical Boston pizza.
