The level of mediocrity at this location is embarrassing. They have on at least 3 separate occasions, that I've ordered via Uber, messed up the order or missed items completely. If people are asking to REMOVE items, then REMOVE IT. There are ALLERGY concerns that can have serious implications on people's health.They also don't provide napkins or utensils. Which is bare minimum. Anyone can make a mistake, but 3 times? This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and DANGEROUS!

Absolutely horrible. I went to this location tonight and they had no fries or onion rings so therefore no combos. they had no apple pies or peppercorn nuggets I ordered a roadhouse and I understand that there was no onion. rings but when I got home and opened the burger they gave me just the patty in between the bread. there was nothing on there. I was charged full price for the combo cuz they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of the fries. this location has a drive thru open 24hrs but ran out of practically everything. this location needs to get their act together especially with the prices they're charging they can't even provide their service properly.
