I got a smoothie from this place and it was really bad, there was a weird aftertaste and it upset my stomach. I kindly asked them if theres anything they can do, either a refund or another drink, but they kept saying its not their fault and they cant do anything about it, a bad drink is one thing but the customer support was really terrible and I don't recommend anyone to come here.

We couldn't customize the ice and sugar levels, so the drinks were packed with ice and overly sweet. Plus, the bubble tea arrived without straws. Overall, it wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't order from here again or recommend it to anyone.

Edit: I actually ordered through Doordash, not Ubereat.We ordered from Ubereats and quite disappointed with them. Their drinks are extremely sweet and non customary, so we have to add a ton of water to dilute it.Also, the toppings I had for my kumquat tea were too big and didn't fit the straw, kinda annoying....The scorched rice were bland, not enough sauce and didn't fit the pork floss flavor. Like the sauce it's sweet, not salty at all, and the pork is savory....Same as my Vietnamese rice paper roll, they just add all the ingredients but not seasoning.I was kinda excited to try since they're the only Vietnamese snack store available in delivery app but definitely will never come back.

The worst mango bingsu that I have ever had in my life. Mango was not fresh, dark and bitter. Very different from the picture. The amount of mango was so little. Bad quality. Do not recommend this place.
