We didn't expect to find such a hidden gem, but we did! The staff were wonderfully pleasant and attentive, offering great options for us. The portions were bigger than we thought, and the flavour was pretty good! We'll definitely mark this down as a Favourite, and come here whenever we're in the neighbourhood...

I ordered sushi combo in lunch. The sushi rice itself has no taste. Rice is not rice properly and the raw fish does not taste fresh. The server forgot to provide miso soup. After I requested, she provided 2 for me.It's a bit weird to combine the bubble tea with bubble tea bar in the front.This place is clean and the ambience is good. It is not Japanese ambience style tho.

I really like this place. Good value, delicious sushi and friendly service. If you dine in, the atmosphere is quite nice also. They also just changed to eco friendly packaging for take-out. Thumbs up!

I wasn’t gonna write this review, but after sitting on my experience here I didn’t want anyone else to go through the experience I did. The serving staff were fantastic, but I don’t know where to start. Whether I start by talking about the poor quality of ingredients or the fact the chefs decided to use meats they knew darn well that were passed their usage time. The ramen noodles gave off a foul mouth flavour even though their packet ramen powder soup had an overbearing flavour of MSG it couldn’t mask the foul taste of the noodles or the smell from the pork. The pork in one of our ramens had a greenish hue and was ultimately chewy and rubbery much like my car tire. The sushi rice was colder than the “fresh” ingredients it housed. Overall this is a huge health issue which can cause serious stomach bugs and food poisoning. Never coming back here again! *Update* After my meal here I felt nauseous a few hours later as this was my first meal of the day. I couldn’t stomach anything else and spent a while in the washroom puking everything back up. Steer clear of this place!!!

Great value, huge portions, very fresh with lots of choices, very tasty and not expensive, especially considering the size of the meals. I had a bento box, my husband had udon soup, both were excellent. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant was quite empty for a weekday lunch. The menu is large, with many specials (lunch, daily, set meals, etc.). We decided on enoki beef don and chicken teriyaki. With one of the dishes, there was the option to add a Prestotea drink for $3.99. There were ten different flavours to choose from. Despite the photo on the menu, toppings are an additional cost.The wait for our food wasn't long, but it wasn't quick either. Both the enoki beef don and chicken teriyaki were very salty. The beef was overcooked and therefore not as tender. The chicken was pan-fried and probably cooked a bit too long, as some of it was dry and hard.Overall, it was okay, but not great.

One of the worst spots for food and bubble tea. First of all the server read the number wrong on my paper and brought us something we never ordered and wanted us to pay for it. We then explained to them that the server made the mistake and they refused to take it off the bill. And it took 1 hour after getting seated and everyone getting there food for me to get mine
We happened to be in the area to celebrate a birthday and what a big mistake to step foot in here! I've never been to a restaurant where the service stunk more than their washrooms do. 2 waitress were working, one went by the name of ivy and the other rude one--who refused to provide her name certainly needs to learn customer service. She constantly made rude remarks and laughed it off as if it was totally fine to give customers a shitty experience. The food isn't even great to begin with--just mediocre. As I was walking out, there was a gentleman who even commented that yes--their service sucks! Save yourself the time and don't bother coming here!!!

Recommend!!! This was my first time here at Chiba, I brought my student sister and I have to say, every single thing we had was delicious and fresh. We got a bento box, ramen, cheese wontons (some of the best I've had!) And bubble teas. Next time I visit I'll definitely come back!

Walking into a restaurant on a Friday night and it was only 20% full at the most. I knew I couldn't expect very much. Well, the foods were edible but nothing I would brag about to your friends. We ordered Japanese curry chicken cutlet. The curry sauce has 0% trace of Japanese flavour！It tasted more like Malaysian curry but it was way too watery to compare to the usual thicker texture of Malaysian curry. The service was just okay. Well, the price was reasonable so I would give them credit for that. Will I visit this place again? Not likely.
