Visited afternoon on Mar 10th, 2024. The elder asian lady used the dirty ruler to grab a cup that she couldn't reach. She poked the rim and lifted up with it. If they used that dirty ruler for that reason, I will never visit again in a future. I was refused to get ice cream and just walked out.

I went there with my family to get few ice cream tubs on friday January 26th at around 10:46 pm..as soon as we entered there was this girl who made a huge long face as if we did a crime of entering that place and then while we were looking for the flavours in the freezer the girl rudely and loudly said to shut the door and that we cant keep the freezer door open. But if she had an issue with us looking for what we need then why didn't she offer assistance, instead of screaming and humiliating us Infront of other customers, that was really embarrassing. If they don't want customers to look for the flavours that they would like to buy then having it properly labelled would help the customers with their search of choice. We wont be visiting this location ever again though we love baskin robbins.

The employees are so rude. This is the second time these people screwed us over. I had payed for a seasoning and had a big order when I had payed the employee gave me the bag and I thought that all of the things I ordered and paid for were in the bag. Unfortunately they were not. My son went to order popcorn and as he was ordering it I saw the women look outside see me and move something on the counter. Unfortunately it was the seasoning I paid for and she did not put in the bag. It is disappointing that they’re not telling me that they made a mistake for something I paid for but they also kept it and tried to move it behind the counter so I cannot see it. This is disgusting service I had to go back in and ask her for it. Don’t get me wrong I have no issue with going and saying their was a mistake and fixing it but the issue was that she purposefully tried to hide my seasoning after looking me in my eyes. DO NOT RECOMMEND RUDE AND CORRUPT EMPLOYEES. I will never come back. This is just disappointing and disgusting.

Came by Baskin Robbins tonight and as always, it closes at 11pm. I drove from Leslie st & hwy 407 and arrived at 10:46 PM just to find out that they closed early. I understand if there was an emergency but they should have some business etiquette and let the customers know. I also own a franchise so I’m very well aware of how things should and should not be done. All it takes is a note on the door. So unprofessional.

Not a good experience. Very rude customer service. She didn’t even acknowledge us when we entered the store. When I said excuse me, she responded very rudely. Please show respect to customers.
The place ,the attention is great, The ICE CREAM did not impress me at all ,2 scoops I could not tell the difference on flavors, it tasted awful , it would deserve a 1 star but I can be unfair to the staff , I do not recommend the ice-cream

Ordered with Skip. My order was 2 scoops of 2 flavors with banana and hot fudge. The container was 1/2 full. I got 1 small melted scoop of one flavor and none of the second flavor. This was a $17.00 sundae. A huge rip off

I went there recently. Sampled a few I thought looked good, but none hit the spot. After 2 samples I was told there was a 3 sample limit and i was torn between Icing on the Cake and Maui Brownie Madness. I sampled the Icing. Terrible. I got the Maui Brownie Madness. Before my tongue could even register what it was eating it recoiled and shriveled up. I wanted to end my life it tasted so bad. All the ingredients felt like the evil version of the original ones. I bring my awful decision into the car where it instantly fell face down on my $900 new upholstery. I tossed my phone aside and in a rage i began cursing left and right. Little did i notice my boss was on the line- i had accidentally answered her call. She fired me on the spot. Jobless and car interior destroyed i went on a drive. But the Maui Brownie did not allow the Madness to stop there. The smell of the evil nuts and evil chocolate overwhelmed my senses and i crashed my car into a bridge. My life is in shambles. But it's not the staffs fault so i give the place 4 stars.
