One large blizzard was 3 inches empty. I brought it back and told her to add more ice cream. Barely any cookie dough in it too. The peanut buster parfait was skimpy as well. I had to request more peanuts. I asked the girl with a straight face if she ran out of food. She said no. Good thing I used coupons. The only positive part.

So disappointed and MAD. I’ve been ordered a customized birthday cake 3days ago, and when I was here, nothing was ready for me, the staff said she even not received my order. And the staff, a lady, so mean , not even a word “sorry” , kept asking me the order information just because she didn’t want to duplicate the order later, excuse me?! End with randomly picking up whatever they had there, not the one we want. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
NONE OF THEIR MACHINES WORK. worst branch ever... skipped another branch to come to this one only to see they don't have almost anything. No Summertime Sunset, no slashes, no nothing. 0 stars.
