Wednesday Promotion Burrito sounds like a scam. Not just us but other customers in front of us shared the same disappointment how poor quality these promotion burritos were. They gave us a bunch of vegetables and few pieces of corn that I could even counted (like 9-10 pieces of corns they put on our burritos) and a sprinkles of cheese??? Except the lettuces and the rice, everything else was just a little sprinkle on the burritos, even the meat. What a promotion.

Decided to go on national burrito day. The service was poor with workers cheaping out and not putting full portions on the burritos while also having major attitudes. Got two burritos and still did not feel full after. Not a great experience.

One of my favorite fast food shop. A small wrap is big enough to a 40+ age man like me. They keep the price stable for long time: a fast food lunch (as I mentioned above the big "small wrap") here is 12.5$, but same size lunch in nearby Tim Hortons will cost me 18+$. Only cons here is just a little options of tastes.

I had takeout from here last night it was so good I had the sweet Thai chicken burrito bowl and my boyfriend had the big burrito breaded chipotle chicken , I love how this resteraunt has gluten free wraps. As well as other options
Even thought it was delivered it was still hot and fresh highly recommend

I was asked if I wanted guacamole in my bowl. I replied, "Yes, but not the gray one; Please take it from the other bin where the guacamole is green, please." Confused, the guy went to ask his co-worker, who tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the gray one. I told him he had two choices: "Put on the proper guacamole or I leave." I received the fresh guacamole. I was not being difficult. If you work in a food establishment, please take some pride in your work and show some common sense. There are at least half a dozen other places in this plaza offering food. This type of poor service may work in other locations but not here. Time to up your game. I suspect this location has changed ownership in the last year or two.

I was visit this place today. I was never try Mexican food in my life. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl. It was a great item I ever test in vegetarian option in Canada. It will visit this place again.

I was surprised that this mornings service was this poor, cause I've been here before and have always been pleased. It took forever to make my burrito, even tho no other customers were there. I think they prepping skip orders which I feel pushed mine to the back, and my order was along side other orders which I felt I then got someone elses order, where I feel my chicken wasn't cooked which has my stomach feeling queezy all evening. I send this cause I want to be able to come back cause I usually have had great experiences in the past. Today was horrible.
This place lacks 2 VERY important things ; knowledge of products and basic hand hygiene.I decided to stop by during my lunch hour as I work in the area. I was really craving Queso and chips, so I walked in, and the first thing I asked the young guy at the front was if he infact carried Queso if I bought the chips. He stated yes they did. Okay, I proceeded to order a combo with a burrito, chips, and a drink. While my order was being prepared, I watched the other employee, a young Indian lady handling some food. She then started cleaning the area, grabbed a marker, wrote some things down, put some things in the fridge then went and handled more food, all without washing her hands. Luckily, she never handled my food, or I would have asked for a refund and left. The employee who took my order did handle my food with gloves ( thank God!). However, I asked him about the queso a 2nd time, and he said he would put some in the bag. When he handed me my meal, I looked in the bag and saw there was no queso so I asked him about it and he looked lost. I then asked him if he even knew what Queso was and thats when the other employee told me they didnt carry queso. Why would you say yes 2 times if you don't know what it is? You would think that by working at a Mexican inspired restaurant, you would have some knowledge about the cuisine you are serving, but he obviously didn't. The truth is if he had told me in the beginning when I asked him about the queso that their wasn't any, I would have walked out because that's what I came for. The guacamole was very bland, no flavor.I would not recommend this place to anyone. 1st and LAST time going there.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Asked for mild hot sauce aside, it was all inserted in my ordered item.Quesadilla had very little chicken or anything else, that was pouring out of it and lots of spicy sauce in it.Ordered guacamole and paid extra for it $2.59, as pesto was free, I got pesto with jalapeno inside.I was not happy and escalated the issue with Skip the dishes customer service. I was refunded, as it should be and am happy.If next time I order and my order is again messed up, am definitely rating this business 1*. Permanently.
