During these harsh and difficult times it's nice to see and support our local resturants, Flaming Star is hands down our favorite restaurant for Breakfast and Lunch meals here at Apotex. Hopefully when things are good we will be able to visit and sit in and enjoy our food, but for now Uber Eats is the way to go. Quality of food has not changed, excellent and well done!

Came here during Covid. Staff was very kind. Asked what there recommendation was I got some guidance but there was no favorite item. I got the 1/2lb cheeseburger with bacon and fries. The total was ~$20 which is a little high. After I paid I was under the impression a pop was included but apparently not. The owner was kind enough to include it though. Burger had a good juiciness factor with crunchy bacon and Starr processed cheese. Fries were standard and definitely frozen which is fine but hoping for homemade fries to justify price. Would come back to try other items such as the Greek food as that seems to be part of the nationality of the owners of this restaurant. Support small businesses especially during this difficult time.

Whenever I'm in this part of the city I'll always try and get a meal at the Flaming Star. Great food at a great price, and when the police officers and hydro workers eat here then you know its good food ? ?
