I enjoy eating at this place and this food court. I have had their fried chicken pretty often now and every time it hits the spot for a very reasonable price. The spicy chicken is great as well, not very spicy but has a great flavor. Tried their chicken sandwich as well and it's not the best chicken sandwich in the world but it hits the spot with the dark meat. Tenders are also quite good, not the largest in size but respectable and very reasonably priced. I do enjoy eating here. The food is good and reasonably priced, the staff is also very respectable and friendly.

I ordered food today from Grandone. I ordered ahead through google to avoid needing to wait. When I arrived to pick it up, they had no idea about the order, and said they don't check the google orders anymore. So I had to re-order, and it took over 20min to prepare (12 chicken pieces and 2 sandwiches). I asked for sweet potato fries (on the menu) for one side, but they said it was not an option. As I was waiting I noticed a sign they have up - depending on how much you spend you get a free item. When the order was finally ready I asked about the free item. They said I would have to wait longer as they would have to make it. So basically they don't offer it to you unless you ask. I wanted to try this place because my daughter loves chicken sandwiches and likes to compare them. She said this one was one of the worst and did not finish it. I will say the fries were good though. Make sure to be specific about your order, they do not ask any questions (e.g. spicy or not, white meat sandwich or not) so you may not get what you want if you are not clear. Unfortunately the service was so bad we won't return.

Was craving a niice juicy fried chicken and didn't feel like going to big franchises so we researched and found Grandone. It's located inside a food court that has a bunch of other restaurants. The service was really nice and i like that it came with plastic gloves cause you know how messy eating fried chicken can be. We got the 3 piece with fries and the fried chicken was made fresh to order. One bite into the chicken and it was so juicy and flavourful. It definitely hit the spot. The fries were amazing and the gravy was delicious also. We will be coming back!

What a regrettable lunch. Staff is cheap with their sauce that comes with the meal. Food did not taste good. French fries are from Costco fried in overly aged oil. It recommended at all.

Given that today was National Fried Chicken day, I was on a quest to find some chicken to celebrate. Found this location on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The chicken was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They made our order fresh and seasoned it with their spicy powder (which was a little bit sweet and had a mild kick). I will definitely be coming back next time I have a craving for fried chicken and will explore other items on their menu.Parking: Large number of free parking in the plaza where Grandone is located.

Spicy Chicken pieces and wings were on point, really nice, crispy and not too greasy. Fries and onion rings were ok. Sweet potato fries was good. Service was quick and the gentleman was kind. I would come here again.
First time ordering from here on Ubereats and we will continue to!! Ordered their BOGO fried chicken, quality, portion and taste are on point!!! Other halal fried chicken chains don't even come close. Furthermore I kindly asked for no leg pieces in our order as we just don't like them and they listened, sent all thigh pieces. That customer service alone is worthy of 5 stars!! A new go to!

An honest review: spicy chicken wings were unevenly battered, they literally just sprinkled cayenne or paprika on the batter. Not a single seasoning. Popeyes ghost pepper wings are much better than this and I don’t even like Popeyes. They gave us 1 drum and the rest are flats with the wing tips (10 pieces). We got fries and onions rings but only gave us 2 packets of ketchup. I hope it will get better.

They had a promotion on uber eats to buy one and get one free but once chosen, i was also charged for the free one, i called the restaurant and they didnt care to solve my issue and uber eats doesnt even answer as usual, the food quality and size was also extremely poor nothin like the pictures

Ordered once and it was great... ordered the next 2 times and it was awful. They messed up our order on both of those occasions, to the extent that Uber Eats refunded us our entire order and then some. These guys must definitely pay to be listed in the spot that they appear on Uber Eats because I find it very hard to believe that it's a result of genuine popularity.

Saw their promo pop up on Uber Eats so I decided to give it a shot. Honestly, it's really bad. I'm not the type ofperson to complain online or make areport about food being badunless it's missing stuff ordamaged. This is actually my first time writing a review. But this is just so bad. The drumstick is filled with tendon and I can only barely chew through some of it. I don't know how they picked their meat or how they made it but it's so awful. I had to constantly spit out skin or tendon that can't be chewed down. Had to throw it after after trying 3 drumstick/wings
