We were given one grill to share amongst a party of 6 despite having made reservations. We waited over 15 minutes each time to receive our meat, and it came out frozen. This presents a health risk, as the meat hasn’t thawed. This was very disappointing, it’s the first time I left AYCE feeling hungry.If you are charging the highest prices in GTA for AYCE JBBQ, your service and meat quality should also be the highest. Unfortunately this was not the case.

Mediocre service from hostess but she tried her best, definitely could have let us known in advance our order would come frozen, resulting in longer wait times. Overall wouldn’t come again given the poor overall service.

I have been to this location many times. The staff are always very friendly and attentive and the food is always amazing. Went with a small group on a Tuesday night and tried the Ultimate AYCE option for the first time which was 100% worth the upgrade from the Premium menu . The food was brought out quickly and the meats were fresh and flavoured to perfection. I also recommend trying the garlic shio cabbage! The dessert options were great with a toasty s’more and refreshing ice-cream after a delicious meal.Will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Came here with my friends. Though I gave everything a 5 star rating, the only thing I didn't really like was the set menu. We could have added of course but it was gonna be extra and we didnt want to waste the food that was gonna be part of the set by ordering more.There were 3 of us, so we got the group of 3 set. My friend and I liked the set for group 4 though and asked if we could just make it for 3 but they said no, which was a bummer. Most of the beef were soo good, but the chicken and pork my friends and I didnt really like.Personally, I liked the options for Meat lovers for 2 or set for 4. So maybe if I had those I would have enjoyed it more.Service was great! I would definitely come back to try more beef
