Best pumpernickle bagels in Toronto. Worth the drive. If getting a sandwich, go easy on the onions they are potent!

Nice big bagels at a good price. I also like the cherry cheese strudel and this time trying their apple ? Danish ?

I'm thoroughly impressed! I've passed by this bakery countless times, and after reading the reviews, I finally gave it a try. The bagels were delightfully fresh and flavorful, and the pastries were absolutely superb. It's safe to say, this bakery is now my top choice for bagels.

The Bagel sandwiches here are amazing. A little cream cheese with some veggies does the trick. Bagels are made fresh everyday and toasted to perfection. They have a nice espresso machine as well and do a nice double espresso. I have been coming here for the last 4 years. However their pricing needs to improve. Why are they charging me an extra dollar for tomato's, onions, and lettuce?! This is supposed to be for free! 2 everything bagels toasted with green onion cream cheese, tomato, lettuce, and onions came out to 16 dollars! I wonder what it would cost if I got the smoked salmon? I may need to take out a bank loan. Chalk it up and call it inflation? It would be cheaper to buy a half dozen bagels and their cream cheese, then go to the grocery store and get some veggies and make the sandwich yourself. I tried that, and could not replicate the magic these guys do here. They have the perfect ratio of cream cheese to veggies. They know what they are doing. Bagel artists. Only deduction is the pricing.Vegetarian options: Bagels with cream cheese, ton of veggies, etc. They have pastries like croissants available.Parking: Lot of parking. It is located in a plaza.

This bagel spot is a staple in the neighborhood. It's been around for over the decade I've lived here. When it comes to quality of the bagels and freshness it's fantastic, reliable and enjoyable. The pricing is decent for the most partYou can get 6 bagels for $6.50 and if your getting a sandwich for veggies toppings it's $0.30 per topping, $0.50 for 2 toppings and $1.00 for 3-4 toppings. they are a bit stingy with their topping Meaning they don’t really give you much. It’s usually only one piece of lettuce, two small tomatoes, or one big one or two thin slices of onion. If you request a leaf more they either have an attitude or charge additional. If you request three toppings at first and then change your mind to add a fourth sometimes they can have an attitude about it (mainly the older women working there, the younger girls are real nice.)When it comes to customer service, some improvements can be made...the older women (specially the one with the short red hair) seem to have a attitude no matter how polite or nice you are. It's not just towards me but I've noticed it towards others as well. They seem to be picky who they feel to be nice with...unless your a tall handsome man they hold a bitterness when cashing you out or asking you questions and a harshness in their tone. For a place that relies on customers you think their demeanor and attitude would be more welcoming.Again not all the girls are this way mostly just the senior ones.If you want well baked quality bagels this is a place to go in the local area. They also have a wide variety of in house baked pastries and a small seating area for your meal. Their coffee isn't bad either. It can be a bit pricey easily spending $16 on 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese and 4 veggies each.I wish I could leave more then 3 stars but the cheapness with amount of veggies and customer service is where they don't earn em.Parking: it’s located in a small strip plaza, so there is plenty of parking there.Kid-friendliness: everyone of all ages

Probably the best bagel shop with the most reasonable price ever. The lady who made my sandwich, black hair and petit figure made my day and made my bagel with love. She even told me to stay cute!☺️
