Updating my review in Feb 2024 ? We wanted to recognize Toula, who took our order tonight. We've been coming to this location for years now, and she is the first associate ever, to ask for my Scene card to collect points or CAA card for a 10% discount! I honestly had no idea I could use either of these cards for perks at Harvey's. It may have been a simple question for her to ask, but for us, Toula went above and beyond, and we are super grateful she mentioned it! Superb customer service from Toula tonight and looking forward to our next visit! ?

Cozy, American style and long time friend of neighborhood located at a good spot. Menu is made of simple choices and you can choose the toppings for your burger, and watch its preparation. I wish they made the gravy for their poutines more healthy: it’s way too salty!It’s a mixture of salt, salt, salt and gravy :)Please consider making it with less salt. Let the customer decide if they want it more salty, add salt themselves.

Went in today at around 3pm and was served by Alex. Great customer service and made my food in a timely manner. More employees like this please.
This is not to say that the food is bad or the atmosphere is not superb...It is just that I dont think and fast dood deserve a 5 f star rating... after all it is just fast food.

I ordered a combo no bacon I got it with bacon I called the said the will replace my order for free and I went again and ordered the same meal and I told the person serving at the window I have a free meal. She started asking questions and I told her what happened I was waiting for almost 10 minutes. She said im sorry I dont have your name her.and I had to pay for it. I would never recommend and I will never go back.
