No rice, soup or salad came with the order. Called the store to complain, the person said the manager will call back. Let's see what the manager says, I feel scammed

Went for dinner 9:30; by 9:50 once he received the food - the dimmed lights go max and our waitress is sweeping the floors with dust everywhere. Issmi closed at 10:30pm. Messed up the order, and charged for food that was later told ran out. The avocado salad had one sliver of avocado,.. oh and the best at start of our meal took the soy sauce as she trying to end her shift. No passion, food was made with no love. Quick and bland. This place has gone downhill.
