I called to find out information about a catering order. They can't recommend sizes based on the number of people I was ordering for (laughing saying I am not sure) and then I got disconnected. I tried to call back and no answer. Don't waste time giving this location any business. They don't care for it or else they would give better customer service.

The lettuce was ROTTEN. Not just little brown spots, it was brown! Rice was crunchy too. How they could pack this up and hand it out is beyond me. Very disappointed and will never return. $20 down the drain

On May 2nd, 2023, I bought 2 pork souvlaki meals at this restaurant at Centerpoint Mall. All members of my family (kids and my wife) who ate the meals got poisoned. They all had cramping stomach pain. They did not eat anything but this Mr. Greek meal. I called to the restaurant and the manager, who called herself Anna, was unbelievably rude to me. We sent an email to the main office of Jimmy The Greek but did not get any feedback since then. So, that means they just don't care. It's a very frustrating attitude.We feel this place is not reliable anymore despite the fact we have been customers for 18 years.

Fellow vegetarians: since they did not respond to inquires about whether their claimed vegetarian items are truly vegetarian (broths or flavourings in rice or used on potatoes that is not vegetarian, whether cheese is rennet/lipase-free, if they use vegetable shortening in their dough, etc.), then obviously the “vegetarian” is not truthful. They SHOULD NOT label foods as vegetarian if it’s not! The food industries in Canada has needed proper transparency and honesty about ingredients long enough.

Normally the servers at this location are okay but today this older lady was serving me and I asked for everything on the pita except cucumbers and she was like only two vegetarian items.I was annoyed and really should have walked away. They have a sign stating tomatos and onion with Pita but as its $8.99 for a pita I can't see why a little bit of lettuce with the onions and tomatoes is going to bankrupt them. I guess its time to go elsewhere.

We ordered lunch for our office from here on Doordash on 2023-03-13 and I ordered 2 pork souvlaki pita and I only received 1 and the company got charged for 2, the taste was good but what a ripoff!!. Just go in person and get your food dont order online.

Went to the food court in Yonge and Sheppard Centre. Ordered Gyros at this place.The service was mediocre. They added very small amount of all ingredients, like lettuce and onions and even the cream cheese. So little.... I asked why they added such a small amount, they said - well for Gyros we add very little. Ridiculous. The meat looked tired and my stomach hurt after about 30 minutes I finished eating. Paid almost 10 bucks for small amount of food which was dry and not so tasty. Really disappointed with this place and will never order anything from there.

BEWARE CROSS CONTAMINATION RISK.I ordered a chicken souvlaki pita and watched an employee handle my pita with the same tongs they used to handle raw chicken. I cancelled my order immediately and told them what I had seen them do, but they didn't seem to care.I decided to stick around and watch how they handled the rest of the food they were preparing and they continued to cross contaminate everything.

Clearly different portion of salad depending on person who serve you food. Never lie to customers please..I had over 15yrs experience in restaurant and still working as a chef. I often go this location to get chicken souvlaki meal or pita..and I got the terrible portion of salad which made me even feel bad about it today. Do you think am I writing this review without reason? Please be kind and honest your customers.
