Terrible experience !! I called in advance to know whether they had lamb chops and someone assured me they had them. Drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out that there were no lamb chops!!! Instead they had roast lamb. I couldn't believe it so I ask what happened. Apparently the one that answered the phone didn't know the difference btwn the two.And guess what the other had to say about the mistake? "It was her not me that answered the phone". She said with a smirk on her face. Not one apology offered !!Seriously? Customer service playing blame games?Got stuck with the roast lamb for the whole family since it was late.

The boss/manager forced me to have the salad that’d been placed aside in a box for a while even though I said I didn’t want it due to food safety concerns. I think it is because I am female since he didn’t say it to the male customers before me. Will never visit again.

I recently tried Jimmy the Greek restaurant, and I must say, the food was absolutely fantastic. The gyro was flavorful, and the tzatziki sauce was spot-on. The staff was friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

The manager here is extremely ill mannered. I ordered falafel pita, it was not cooked properly. I complained so they agreed to make another one. While cooking the another one I saw one of the falafels fell on the floor. He was so shameless that he picked up from the floor and tried to show that he had cooked the fresh one. Since I saw so I asked for my refund. No apology and no guilt on his face.

I’ve eaten lunch here quite often as its near work. The people working here seem to be the most miserable people I've ever seen? They always have an attitude and are sooooo rude omg. Never even gotten a smile or a hello out of them. The food is mad good tho???

The food at this location isn't that good. Poorly prepared, often old chicken, stale salad, etc. Three of the reps are good. They have this one rep in particular who can't even speak English. Sadly many Jimmy the Greeks aren't good.

Chicken was too dry from chicken souvlaki. Not worth the money. Counter people didn’t seem to look like they cared at all about the quality of the chicken and of me. I would’ve went to subway Sandwhiches had I known there was one around the corner and got fresh food at half the cost!!! Never again!!!

THEY ARE DISHONESTIf you order from there, please make sure to ask for the receipt, to make sure they don't overcharge you.They charged me extra without telling me, for something I did not ask for. This is why they didn't give me a receipt.I ordered a meal that comes with rice, potato, and salad. I asked the lady not to put rice or potatoes (because I don't eat them). When I paid I noticed that the total was a few dollars more than it should be.I asked the same lady that took my order and prepared it, why I was charged extra, and she started playing d**** pretended not to know what was happening and started asking weird questions like: what did I order and if I wanted a meal... After insisting on knowing why I was charged extra she said that she gave me a large meal, something I didn't ask for, and I don't think they have it on the menu.It turned out that without asking me or at least informing me, she decided to replace the rice and potato with extra salad, and she charged me extra for it.I never asked for anything extra or for any replacements. I only asked her not to put the things that I don't eat so I won't have to throw them away.Even if I assume that she misunderstood me (but I'm sure it wasn't the case), she would still be dishonest as she did not inform me that I will be charged extra.
