Food was great! My favorite! However, one male crew was rude. The manager handed me a tray after I gave her my buzzer. But upon checking, that was not my order so I let one crew know. Sad to say, the crew was so rude and with a condescending tone, he told me, "YOU SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING OTHER's ORDERS" In the first place, it's them who should know better. He could just say it to me in a nicer way though. It was my first time to encounter such behavior. The sad part is, I think he acted that way because I am a filipino too. hayssss

Food is pretty good, but when I order the Pineapple juice online and want no ice. There is not an option so I have to call to make the request. No one ever picks up the phone and there is no special request section on the website either.

I finally decided to give into the hype and try this restaurant and I wish I hadn’t. Ordered the two piece and first off super expensive and small pieces of chicken . I’m not sure how in a two piece order I could get one piece that was over cooked to the point where the coating was almost burnt, while the second piece was raw and uncooked by the bone. Glad I noticed it while I bit into it and didn’t actually swallow the raw chicken. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to one of the much better options for chicken around.Update: The response by the owner asked me to contact jollibee at the below address. I did 5 days ago and have not heard a response so not sure that they really care and wonder why I had to do this at “ my earliest convenience”

Worst Jollibee in the GTA. The spicy chicken were not even seasoned nor a tad bit spicy compare to other locations. Everything were cold when it arrived. There’s place for improvement—I hope.

services ok, pineapple juice doesnt have the pineapple bits anymore and too sweet, gravy has MSG, fried chicken is greasy as expected, spaghetti side topping also too sweet. Too sweet and greasy... u guess what does it do to your health...garbage bins were all overflowed, all washrooms had no hand soap, Mens was v dirty.

I ordered chicken bucket yesterday thru the app. We set the order to ASAP. Then drove their for 10mins. Order wasnt ready yet and we waited for another half hour, for just 6pcs of chicken?! What dissappoint more is that, the chicken were tastless like they forgot to put flavor or marinate it?! It happen twice now. Ive been an avid fan of Jollibee since back in PH but this store makes it bad. At this point I recommend to go try other stores or popeyes. Cheaper option and taste is consistent.

I ordered online for pick up at 12pm. When I arrive and told them my name, they said it wasn't available. I see everyone behind me pick up their food.I waited for 30 min. When I asked again and they checked, my food had been sitting on the shelf the entire time and was all cold. They made me wait for nothing when the food was already there. Worst service ever!

Food at Jollibee always tastes great and never disappoints, for fast food standards. The restaurant is currently under renovation and there is less seating available. Service was fast when I went on a Saturday afternoon, and they provided buzzers to know when the food is ready for pickup.Difficult to choose between Jollibee and Popeyes. But Jollibee offers spaghetti and mango pie, which isn't typically available at other fast food restaurants.

Food it great but service is poor.They have a very poor service priority system at this location. I pre ordered for pickup at a set time 30 minutes prior but when I showed up still waited 15m even though five other walk in orders were served before me.Parking: Mall Parking always packed and hard to find convenient spots. There is room to park curbside for quick pickup.

When I came to pick up my order this evening, employees named JP and Chennie kept me waiting for 20 minutes, even though my order was ready in 5 minutes. When I asked when my order would be ready, they spoke in their own language and laughed. They kept me waiting on purpose. It was very rude and arrogant. I will not order from this branch again.

My Uber eat order was missing pineapple juice, and I called to the restaurant , but the clerk told me that the problem could not be solved, and asked me to call Uber eat, or even cut off the call. Are you trying to avoid it? It's your own negligence that caused me inconvenience. It's a joke. You must take responsibility for your negligence.

We went to this Location last Monday Evening i approached one of the crew. Andi saidi think the chicken was raw pink inside and the smell is stale and shortlyshe getbackOn usandshe said my managerwant you there as A GUEST to be honest imA bit pissed off coz as a MANAGER-in-CHARGE ypuMust reach out and deal with the complaints? In short, i went to the side of the corner i approached the MANAGER JANINE , i said i think ders a blood in it and its a raw she answered sarcasticallywhere is the blood in it AND SHE SAID WE DO HAVE TIMER? I know and imAware huh!!! Right after that short convo she asked medo youwantmechamge them i said yeah coz i have kids. Shortly after. She dumped thrmIn the bin she never apologize nor she looks madAnd upset and she just handed me a new bucket of chicken. We always go der we never experience before…i better go to another location. I felt embarrassed too coz shes talking to her crew while putting thenew chicken plusthe OILI IS OLD MAKE SURE CHANGE THEMREGUALARLY AND EVEN THE TRAY ARE GREASY!!!
