Very slow service on a Thursday night, first of all waiting for side of rice would take approximately 30 min, spicy chicken which I couldn’t wait as well would take another 11 mins to add it up where I just tolerated to wait for 7 mins for the pie mind you waiting on the line took 20 mins already.Staff need to prepare during busy nights like this especially when there are so many staff working there just goes to show unorganized management and this store is not we can consider as “fast food” environment at all.

Why do the employees act as if they are doing us customers a favour and treat us with such distain! Don't they realise, without customers- they wouldn't have the job there!!!! FIRST TIME at the establishment...most definitely my last. I recently moved to the area and am so disappointed with the level of non professional service and downright disgust. The food was too expensive, greasy, tasteless, and coupled with employee behavior, NEVER AGAIN. My hard earned money will be spent ELSEWHERE....DO NOT LEAVE THIS PLACE WITHOUT CHECKING THAT they got your order as you specified...check for missing items either fries, gravy, condiments, of course, we already PAID FOR THESE!Love the CANNED response...no accountability! God luck.

Ordered on UberEats. Found a literal maggot/insect in my food. I thought it was potato skin but then I looked closer and saw the legs and everything. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even get a refund on my $40 order.

Love Jollibee but I came here today - March 16.24 around 7ish and service was fast considering they are very busy. However, what’s frustrating is that when I got home one of my order the chicken is missing, so I only got spaghetti!! I tried calling as soon as I found out and NOONE IS ANSWERING THE CHAINS PHONE! What’s the point of advertising “we can be reached at……” when no one is answering. I am very disappointed and very upset and food now a days aren’t cheap!!!!!!!!! Oh btw this isn’t the first time this happened to me the last time I ordered palabok and got sphaghetti but I let it go!
Awesome portions great prices service was fast and the staff was friendly they repeated my order back to me just to make sure it was correct before l paid l ordered two of their specials will be back again Awesome chicken and the pineapple drink and hand pie were the best l ever had

I’m not satisfied in there service and the food! I went there to order a food around 9:15 pm for take out then suddenly I asked there one of there crew name Klariza if we could stay to dine in but then , she said they’re closed. Somehow, they allow some people to eat inside! Also I ordered 10pcs chicken! Usually they gave 2pcsof gravy! I just received a 1pc of gravy! I’m so upset about there service! Worst location in NORTH YORK!
