I've tried their panna cotta, creme brulee, and chocolate creme brulee and I absolutely loved both of their creme brulee. It is more on the expensive side, but I would definitely order the creme brulee again, especially since their chocolate creme brulee is part of their daily special and it was like having a drink and a dessert in the end as I liked to have them separately. The milk tea itself was okay. Nothing too special. I really wish I can get additional creme brulee as it was so good as a dessert lol

Machi Machi has been one of my fave bubble tea shop, but i had a really bad experience with this store. The cashier did not even greeted us, she went inside the kitchen after taking the first customer's order without even saying anything to us. waited for 10minutes just to show her attitude to us. Also, the bubble tea is watery. first ever crème brûlée that is soft and watery. I have had better one and this is one of the worst.

Love Machi machi'a milk tea in all other branches. We came here expecting good service as always. Feb 11 2024 around 8:30 pm rude cashier . horrible service . Very bad attitude . horrible milk tea. we waited 20minutes, for a watery milk tea while we were asking she was very rude. We ordered the flurry strawberry with crème brûlée. FIRST EVER CREME BRULE that is watery and no taste. Please get better on this. Only Machi machi store that had a bad experience.
The staff girl Vivian is very beautiful and her service is first-rate. She is always there as soon as she presses the bell and chats with customers. Her warm heart can be felt in every drink she makes. She warms my heart in the cold winter in Toronto❤️

Twenty minutes wait for a bubble tea drink when there is only few customers and three staffs working. The sushi takeout place finished our entire tasting menu box order quicker than this place finishing a drink. Drink taste good but def not worth 20 minutes
