Most disorganized McDonald's ever. People in kitchen and drink makers are overworked. Why would you need 2 cashier's who stand around . Most people order from the app. Why would you need a person to use a marker to write my order. You have printed stickers. True mismanagement of employees.

If it was possible, I would give ZERO , but I have to choose 1 star. Why?It is the last time I buy a food from here. Every time I ask them:; NO meat, add some lettuce, sometimes I tell them no pickles. I have never gotten my order as I wanted. Either I have to tell them that they gave me wrong and they change it and throwing the food to the garbage ( wasting). Or if I'm on rush I have to take my order and go by disappointed. Juice in the cup? No. It tastes just a bleach. If you don't aske them for Ketchup , they never give you Ketchup.The McDonald's at Peanut Plaza is better thab here. They have self checkout and they always give correct order. Either the owner doesn't care about clients' pleased, or the workers should have a strict supervisor there all the time. Waste of money and waste of the time on the line.
