First time there. Everyone enjoyed their food....bulgogi tacos, fish tacos and burgers were a hit. Unfortunately the food came out in staggered increments....a friend ordered fries and chicken - the fries arrived five minutes before anything else at the table and sat there getting cold. We ordered oysters because it was buck an oyster night and had to re-request them half way through dinner when it was apparent they were not coming. We were advised of "last call" thirtyy minutes before we had to vacate our table and told we had to go a half hour later which was fine as we were getting ready to go anyway. I understand wanting to rotate your tables but there were open tables in the restaurant and no one waiting to be seated. Service staff was pleasant but seemed unorganized.
We went here for a date night. The food is amazing. The presentation is excellent, each dish is so beautiful to see and well as eat. The pork belly and Lobster Fantasy were simply divine. My only complaint is the music played is too loud. Could not have a conversation, could not hear the servers.
Haven’t been back in over a year! The place did not disappoint. Food is as good as ever. We particularly enjoyed the oysters and the japa burger ?

I saw this restaurant in Tiktok where they have an oyster deal every Tuesday and Wednesday night. We decided to try it since my partner loves oysters and I can say that their food was good. However, I am rating them a 2 stars because one of their Oysters has a long worm (see the photo below) which makes us disappointed because they should be checking the foods that they were serving. We were supposed to try their shrimp and salmon but since we lost our appetite due to the worm, we decided to take our bill. They apologized about it and removed the oyster from our bill.It was kind of disappointing since it was our monthsarry dinner but it happened. Also, make sure that you have a reservation before coming there.

Nice place for a date night. Food was good, but a bit pricey, but it's expected as everywhere else. Can get a bit busy, so it's best to make a reservation (can either call the store or reserve a table online).Here's what we ordered:> Calamari & Popcorn Shrimp --> crispy, freshly cooked. could have used a couple extra pieces of shrimps.> Dozen oysters --> half lucky 88 & half Malpeque. Lucky 88 have a sweeter and creamier taste. Malpeque ones have more briny taste.> Bulgogi Tacos --> The meat was salty; could have used more veggies to neutralize the saltiness of the meat.> Ebi (Shrimp) Katsu-Sliders --> these were delicious and very filling!> Double Salmon --> these were also so good!> Pitcher of white sangria --> sweet, refreshing cocktail.Overall great experience. Servers were attentive. Music was bangin' (love me some good ol' R&B!!)

Came here on a Wednesday at 5pm when they opened. We ordered 36 oysters and at first, 12 oysters were served and we were told the next 24 would come. We waited 15 mins as other tables around us began to get plates and plates of oysters. We followed up and we were told that the ‘ticket didn’t print’. How could it have not printed when the first 12 came and it was all ordered together?Subsequently, we were trying to order more food and we were trying to get any of the server’s attention, especially the ones standing by the bar just chitchatting with one another, we waved to a tall, stout asian girl with long hair, who may have been a supervisor at the time as she was in different colour clothing? She made eye contact with us when we waved at her, but ultimately decided to keep chatting and ignored us.No one really checked in on us after our food arrived, besides the one time when our water was refilled. Hope the downtown location is better!

My ultimate go-tos are the honey butter chips, the oysters, the kalbi ribs, the new ebi sliders, and honey bread!!Let’s get to the vibe there now… my friends and I always have an amazing time there on any day of the week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the $1 oyster deals but looking beyond that - the drinks, the music!! & the service. Amanda, the manager and Michelle, the bartender are so hospitable and always makes sure my group is well taken care of. If you like bottle service - they have that too ?.Go book a table there - there is a great selection of food and drinks. Best place to eat/drink at Shops.

Nomé is one of my favourite restaurants. The food is fantastic. There’s so many options and everything is served hot and fresh. The service is extremely quick and the servers are all great. The only downside is the size of the restaurant. You’re sitting extremely close to tables so it’s definitely not a restaurant for an intimate dinner or date. It’s very loud as well. It’s perfect for a night out with friends though. I would highly recommend Nomé for anyone interested in Japanese Fusion cuisine
