Horrible experience, horrible service , empty restaurant and food came before drinks. No manager or owner on duty to take responsibilities, ruind our anniversary and wasted our time. Sucha great experience! Service super slow and they can't even prepare a 'caprese' salad made the drinks completely wrong made the salads completely wrong sent it all back to the kitchen and they still tried to charge us for everything. Shut this place down was way better many years ago. You can offer me free food for a year you won't see me come in again

The waiter was judgemental, assumptive based on races which upset me the most.The pasta and flavour was good, but the amount of oil that was in the pasta was basicallly 5x what normal restaurants put, so after eating, I felt pretty nauseous with all that oil. There was also a bunch of oil left over at the bottom too so barely finished the rest without feeling bloated and nauseous.

It was not like my all past good experience with Paisano. I went in with my little kid, but they were not getting us seated in good spots. First, they seated us near the Washroom and next to the bar with my small kid!!! Then, I took my son and we went to another table but they ran and said they are both reserved, so we had to sit at the around the square table in the middle. The main servers who were both mature men were not friendly to my kid at all, and they did not even give him a paper and crayon to enjoy the atmosphere. Then, they brought Completely Opposite order of drinks for both me and my son, and this continued for twice. Finally, while we were in the middle of eating, the first middle-aged server popped in and asked : "Do you need a box to pack your lunch?" I answered: "Wow, we have just started!" At the end, while they were horrible in serving, and did not even come to check on us, the other middle-aged server appeared for the bill and was waiting for his tip!!!!! My 6 year old son, who is very well aware of restaurant ettiquttes following our restaurant tours, told me: "Mommy, let's not come here anymore. They were not kind and did not their job right. " Very disappointing!
Consistently good food using quality ingredients. Service is usually good, unless they are very busy. Prices are reasonable. This is much better than the Willowdale location in terms of quality of food and ambiance.
