The worst 蒜泥白肉 I have ever tried. It’s so terrible that I thought they sold out and the cook just used whatever pork is available in the kitchen and made the dish. Serving this to a customer… unbelievable.

Disappointing!I use to be a regular at Peking Man (original location) for years near Leslie and Sheppard. The Peking Duck: (their signature)Lost flavour and texture. No longer has the crunch on the skin you are suppose to have on the duck and needs seasoning. The plating was mediocre, messy for a place that's main attraction is Peking Duck. The duck extremely greasy. Perhaps don't point the duck butt at your customer ?Service and Atmosphere:The younger waitress needs serious training. We were surrounded by dirty plates and tables for the entire meal over 1.5hrs. She would occasionally come by and pick up one plate at a time. Eventually, the owner cleared all 4 tables in 2 minutes flat.Food handling: Should consider wearing a hairnet when hovering over the duck and skinning it. Added note, Food should not be held against your body, it's not your basket of dirty laundry. Use a serving tray, cart... anything but hug it ?

I remembered that used to be on Sheppard and Leslie. Was best duck meat. Here is the one and only Duck meat place in Toronto...it's delicious...and fried rice is amazing as well...

One of my family’s favourite spots for peking duck. We’ve been dining at Peking Man Restaurant for a few years (since their old location on Sheppard Ave.), and food has always been consistently delicious, whether it is for takeout or dine-in. Highly recommended!

I used to come here when I was a child, at their old location near Bayview Village. I have so many memories of this place, and finally found the time to visit them at their (not so) new location in Pacific Mall. The location is quite hard to find if you've never been before. They are on the top floor of the mall, past a set of hair salons and the opposite way of the food court. That being said, they are in a very peaceful area of the mall and the dining experience is pleasant. There were a few other big tables when we visited on Saturday night, but it seems realistic for walk-ins unless it's a holiday or you have a large group. We ordered a la carte because the set menu wasn't perfect for us. Of course, we ordered the Peking duck, which is their specialty. It was definitely delicious and up to bar - the duck is so juicy and the portion is quite good. The duck came with 12 wraps, perfect for the 6 of us, and we were able to fill the wraps to the brim with duck pieces. For $50, this is quite reasonable compared to other places in the GTA and considering the quality.Of the other dishes we ordered, I also loved the fried rice - the portion was great and it was a great accompaniment to the other dishes. The sweet & sour pork and braised beef were fine, nothing too notable but decent portions. We spent around $30 each for the meal which is great value.Overall I would definitely recommend Peking Man for Peking duck lovers.

Was takeout so atmosphere not relevant.Food is always good. Hot/sour soup and General Tsao always excellent. Dining in or takeout is never a disappointment. Food was ready on time.

The hot and sour soup, peking duck, and lobster dishes are a must-try. The portion sizes were huge, the food was incredibly tasty, and everything was reasonably priced. We came back here a few times and the service is always consistently great.

NO WIFI. THE DUCK IS AMAZING! Must try! Pricy but worth it. Serves on a platter with sauce, green onions and cucumber slices. Free tea with meal. There was only one man working at the front and seemed like the whole place. Definitely one man in the kitchen. But food was quick enough. Ordered rice and veggies. Free mall parking. Would go again! The place was clean.

Sure enough, you still have to go to a crowded restaurant All the dishes are hard to describe, and the vegetables in the braised beef pot are frozen and not fresh.

*I am a Xiao Long Bao (XLB) enthusiast. I ordered XLB (Pork) only, so my rating is solely based on the XLB. So my review is quite limited. Finding a new XLB is such a joy. Once found, I must try. Their XLB is pork only. It is not their signature item, so I did not expect much before ordering. But the XLB was actually good. When opened the lid, I felt relieved to learn that it was NOT machine pleated XLB like other places. Wrapper: 4/5 Nice pleats, not very thin, but not too thick. No hole or leak. Nice chewiness. Filling (meat): 4/5 Well balanced flavor, not pasty and not stringy. Tender enough to integrate with soup in the mouth. Soup: 3.5/5 A bit soy sauce forward. Good amount for the meat filling. Somewhat lacked depth. If I am here for bigger meal, I would definitely order this as a side :)

Peking duck was excellent, however the ambience is in a mall. Not sure why but we went around 7 and absolutely no one was there but our table. The mall closed at 8, maybe that's why? The restaurant is hidden behind medical stores which is disorienting. Overall, food was good, price was on point and Service was good. There was just 1 server so I guess it was normal for it to be slow on a Tuesday night. We ordered a set meal, with soup, lobster, noodles, duck, veggie, and cold platter.
