I ordered pizza for delivery. They took 2 hours to deliver 1 large pizza. I don’t live from this location, but I certainly don’t live 2 hours away. The pizza was cold by the time it was delivered.

I've noticed that in the evenings they get the orders just right, however during lunch hours it seems the pizza makers don't pay enough attention to the order details; which makes it frustrating that you have to check the pizzas every time at the store before leaving...more consistently would be great as I always enjoy the quality and tase of pizza nova!

Pizza was good until I found a mouse dropping in my food.I got a large cheese for a new years party I had and, to my horror, I found a mouse dropping imbedded in the pizza. Unfortunately this was the second last slice so I'm almost positive me and my family had eaten a slice with droppings already. At first I thought it was just burnt cheese but I'm pretty familiar with mice (I used to work with them at a wildlife sanctuary) and I'm not even sure how this happened because I watched the guy make it in front of me. Which can only mean that it was already in the cheese when he topped it off. Won't be coming here again, proceed with caution.

Bit expensive! Taste is not that great either.Poor hygiene, they don't wear gloves which is kinda gross to me.
Paid for a Canadian panzerotti and it came as a burnt shell with all the toppings black and tasteless, extremely disappointing.

This is the most unclean pizza place in Canada, I worked in this store in 2019 and I knew they never used new oil to stretch the starch, they barely to change new topping everyday. If you were employee jn this store, you would know they always hired international students without Sin number. Thus, they don't need to pay when you are in training in 1 months, 2 months. Even you need to do all the tasks as cashier, baker, cleaner. Please do not buy pizza in this store, their food is harmful for your health
