Pizza is good but customer service is lacking. I used a Pizza Nova gift card and only 1 person knows how to redeem it. He gets frustrated when he needs to enter the # manually. I would hate to see what happens if it was busy.

Been to this location many times in the past and it has been above average.Fast forward to this evening> walked in to order a mix and match pizza, basically a bunch of slices in a box.Get the pizza home, open it and find HAIR on two of the slices.So I jump back in my car and go back to the location and explain to them that there is HAIR in my pizza, Coincidentally not one of the employee are wearing hair nets.. I ask for my money back and they refuse and start yelling a match with me and refuse to give my money back claiming its not there hair...Apparently this is a recent scam where customers order a pizza get it home and find some random hair put it on the pizza and drive back and complain to get there money back.At this Pizza Nova location the customer is always wrong.. just shut up and eat the hair in the pizza and don't dare complain about it...For reference the guy in the picture is this locations #1 customer service expert that loves to yell at customers...and refused to give me a refund.Pizza Nova ..No Food and $30 less in my wallet seems really fair in this day in age

The worst pizza I have ever had!! Might has well have been eating charcoal. Just awful!!!
Went for a quick lunch. Just had a slice and expected the usual 'meh.' Wow... it was fantastic!!! Crisp, delicious, perfect.. and reasonable. Will definitely go there more often!

Just received an order from this location. Ordered two pizzas and both were cold. One of the pizzas that had meat and veggies on it was not cooked. Not to mention the sauce and crust of the pizza is not the same as it was previously know for. This is very disappointing as a long time Pizza Nova customer. The delivery drive also made my mother who is a senior citizen, go to his car and get the order herself. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a well known established pizza restaurant. Do better or try a different type of business. You have lost 4 customers.

I placed an order through Skip the Dishes and it was never confirmed. Customer service said that their tablets are down. Don't use 3rd party apps for ordering. Just call them. They have a great customer service team.Kid-friendliness: Pepperoni party pizza. I have never had leftovers.
