The worst pizza ever. I ordered an XL pizza and a dip online from this store through the app and after 1 hour of eating just 6 slices (which are pretty small in an XL - equivalent to 2.5 regular slices), I got a severe stomach ache and kept on vomitting. The pizza base was really chewy and stale because of which, even after taking a medicine, the effect did not subside and I got food poisoning. Worst experience ever.

Worst store with worst customer serviceThe customer service is the worst thing I have felt in Canada here, the tone of the staff and manager was unacceptable, they are the worst, they don't know how to talk to customers, they thought I am a student and I can't do anything, i am going to report this to the head office.We reached at 12:45 to the store and ordered two large pizzas for dine in and closing time of the store is 3 am, after the payment they refused to sit and eat, in starting we asked to let us sit and eat because outside the store it is so cold, i am not paying the amount for food to eat outside the store, just because he is going to mop, even he didn't started mopping, i told manager that i will leave the review, his tone changed and he said get lost in a very inappropriate manner, as a student this is very depressing, i am going to report this to the main office and consumer court.Worst store ever, worst staff with worst attitude, worst customer service.They don't have the attitude to run a store, their language changed according to my status in Canada, i wish someone could teach them how to speak to customers.

Be aware - they will treat you real bad! And won’t tell you their name so you can’t complain. You can’t dine in after midnight or even before that sometimes and the store closes at 2 am!If the order is wrong they would argue and treat you like they served you for free! No refunds!The cashier+delivery guy(young brown south asian person) is the rudest of all- but there is another old guy in his 50’s who i think is the boss and facilitates all this- he won’t talk to the customer and send the young guy to argue with customers.Store probably makes profit because of the location but it could have been better if there was just a little bit respect for the customer!I could say that they need to learn customer service but i’d rather say they need to learn how to be a better person in general, people come for food and they don’t just make bad food but also they would put you in a mood where your appetite is gone!These employees have to go away!

I ordered from the pizza pizza app late night and my order was sent to this location to be made. I was not feeling god so before I had ordered something else from uber but somehow the order got cancelled so just to eat something I thought I will order a pizza. After placing the order, in like 10 mins I puked really bad so I had to cancel the order because it would get worse if I ate a pizza. I simply asked customer service that if they can cancel order because I am not feeling well. They were really understanding and they asked the store to cancel it and they did. After like 2 mins I get a call from an employee working here on my personal number to ask me why did I cancel it. I don’t have to explain him but I did. I replied to him in a very polite way but this guy with 0 manners and in a very rude way told me “why did you even order in the first place if you were unwell” excuse me? And then his tone got higher and higher and then he cut my call. I called him again to know his address so that I can complain to the customer service. Instead of apologising, he again was really rude. Who are you to ask me these questions. I asked customer service, they understood and they cancelled. Thats it. Then I had to call the customer service to help me again.YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT A PERSON IS GOING THROUGH. If I cancelled it, it is not okay to call someone on their personal number and ask them why did you even order. And about the food, I have ordered from the same place many times. Other reviews do explain how the food is.PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. OR JUST CHANGE THEM.

Worst pizza pizza joint ever. ? I ordered the large and 3 toppings combo. My pizza came out with literally 6 slices of pepperoni and barely any tomato sauce on it. Wish I had taken a picture when I got home.Staff was extremely rude to me when I asked for 3 bottles of water instead of pop. I was asked to pay extra if I wanted water. When you can clearly see water is an option on the display. There's something about the Indian female cashier and her attitude. I'm definitely never coming back to this location again.
