My roommate and I ordered burgers from this place. They charged us $1.50 each burger for not even a half slice of bacon as shown such a rip off. Secondly the toppings ordered weren't added. The burger shown was supposed to have Pickles, none added the tomato that was put on burger was the end piece (no picture to show, threw out prior to photo) and i also ordered Mayonnaise and as you see hardly anything was added. my roommate asked for hot and suicide sauce and got KETCHUP. Disgusting. Not to mention the Buns were hard. I will never order from this place again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

the owner is not paying its workers who are working hard in hard conditions, owner is abusive and conditions are not good for girls. please do not work in this restaurant, especially if you are a student and for the people, please avoid going to these restaurants who are bullying innocents.

OK. Before it was really good place, but now .... ???? I went there and younger lady came out, she's was wiping some white stuff from her hair that was falling down into her t-shirt and no head or some protection like nothing, and to me this place now looks more dirty then Before, never again I'm going there. Never!!!

So I ordered from you through uber eats and I missed your call when u had a item missing even though I didn't receive exactly what I ordered you went above and beyond after taking my meal out the bag I noticed a hand written note apologizing for being out of stock and that you tried to contact me but I was unavailable so you added the equivalent of my purchase with other goodies I greatly appreciate the fact that this made me smile ... I do hope to try your tater tot nachos one day seeing as they ate always sold put they must be yummy who ever wrote that note thank you for so Grade A top notch customer service

I used to like Papinos for their chicken wing combos because they were inexpensive and delicious. In addition to raising their costs, they also have new management, and the food isn't quite the same. My most recent order left me feeling really let down because the chicken was overfried and the sauce tasted strange. It was just so different from what I had been accustomed to for over ten years.

DO NOT ORDER: I ordered a Margarita pizza and garlic rolls. This is one of the most disappointing pizzas ive ever eaten. They forgot the Ricotta cheese entirely, the tomatoes that are normally fresh and signature to a margarita pizza were half tomatoes from a can! disgusting. The pizza arrived at room temperature. The garlic rolls were also extremely underwhelming. I didnt even save the ones I didnt eat for later which is very hard for me to do. I also do not leave reviews normally but, I think if I can help someone choose another pizza place, it was worth it.

The food here is horrible, just ordered some wings with hot sauce. The chicken was undercooked with blood on it, moreover it was too much sour i could barely eat it. Would not recommend anyone to have food from here.
The place seems dingy and grungy. Everything seems thrown together in a happy hazard. The only saving grace was that the young lady behind was quite polite, personable and pleasant.

Ordered their poutine with custom toppings, got the completely wrong toppings and they had to call the delivery driver to turn back because they had given him the wrong order. I don’t recommend this spot to anyone who’s hungry. Save your money and don’t waste it on this place

When to the hospital to visit my sister, went to Swiss chalet for dinner after leaving the hospital. I purchased a festive meal,and a slice of cake. The meal was lovely, the service was good, the slice of cake was so big I couldn't finish it.

Horrible experience, if I could put 0 stars I would. We called to order ahead of time and we were told it would be ready in 20mins. When we would arrive, the pizzas were never ready and we were forced to wait another 30mins. We have had this same experience multiple times. Another time we called to order ahead of time and when we went to pick our order up in the time frame we were told, the store was closed and no one was inside. Not to mention the dead flies on the windows. Never going back again. Don't waist your time at this place.
