There's generally no point in leaving a review for Pizzaiolo. It's a chain. Either you like them or you don't. The items and quality are supposed to be the same at every location. In the past, my friends and I had ordered from this location and it had been fine. But, tonight was quite different. For one, they'd skimped on toppings. More importantly though, they'd severely overcooked the pizza. All of the mozzarella was one solid, brown, crispy layer sitting atop a tough, overdone crust. That they nevertheless proceeded to deliver such an obviously overcooked pizza seems pretty shameless to me. I'm the one who suggested Pizzaiolo over other pizzerias, so I felt especially bad about the situation. The outcome here is that none of us are likely to ever give business to this Pizzaiolo location again, and, when socializing in the future at someone else's home, we may second-guess ordering from any Pizzaiolo location altogether (not to punish anyone, but because of the thought that we'd be risking a repeat). I only wish I'd taken a photo of the pizza for all to see.

The slice they gave me was so dry, I think it was cooked in the morning and even when I asked for another slice they pushed this one telling that this is the popular one. I guess they wanted to somehow sell the last slice they had. Worst pizza ever had.
