I went to pick up my order. While i was waiting for the order, one sardar ji instead of saying excuseme please have your coke or hello he addressed in a very disrespectful manner by making a voice “chi chi”. Im sure indians can get what i am talking about and personally to me it was very disrespectful. And after that I saw them smiling and laughing while looking at each other. I understand you should have fun at work but not by disrespecting your customer or as a matter of fact anyone. This made it look further more disrespectful for me. Whoever is the management should look into this. The time was around 02/29/2024 at 2:10 pm. I found this very unprofessional. I dont want the guy lose his job but instead i urge the management to coach him a bit to ensure this behaviour is not repeated.

The food at this place is ok, not the best, how ever there is always something missing, either an item or dipping sauce,Worst part is the place itself, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for ages, from dirty floor and furniture all the way to dust on every single item in the restaurant.
If you could go to another location that would be better because the service here is 0 , they don’t have the experience how to deal with customers and cooking skills is not good enoughYou won’t get what is shown in the pictureSometimes the meet is not cooked properly

This Popeye’s is a lot better than others! I don’t usually review fast-food chains but after years getting fried chicken from this location, I got take-out from the Popeye’s on Sheppard & Willowdale today. I realized that this Popeye’s at York Mills is much better! Food quality and service are better.
