Mehak was the absolute best! She was very sweet, kind, and helpful to us. She helped us decide on what to get and even offered suggestions to what would go well with each menu item. So here we go again. A year ago we stopped buying popeyes at the Keele and Wilson location. See my review there if you want. We had a craving for fried chicken and we broke down. Thought we would try this new place up the street. Well needless to say, it's just as bad. The chicken was oily and greasy, some pieces were under cooked and some over cooked. Not one chicken breast was in the box, just tiny legs and wings with 3 thighs. The rice and beans, which my wife loves was just plain boiled rice and beans in water. It used to be in a thick creamy sauce. Again it was in water, not even salt or pepper was in there. The coleslaw and 6 biscuits were edible, but we are retired and can't afford to pay $52.00 for coleslaw and biscuits. The good reviews must be from family, friends or workers. Anyways sorry for the long rant, but that's absolutely it for Popeyes. Really don't know how they are still in business. Good luck to everyone who decides to eat there.
