Picked up mobile dinner order and brought back home. Wanted to try new wings and old favourites. Portions of wings are laughable. Nothing like the pictures and container is too large. We tried hot and Parmesan flavours and both were outrageously salty. Rice in my rice and beans was very old and dry. As if it was sitting out all day. Service was very fast and friendly though.

I visited this place yesterday. I met our neighbor there who ordered some fried chicken. The chicken was not cooked properly. They could see the raw chicken texture when they opened it. They immediately went to the cashier and shared their feedback. He also shown them the raw part of the chicken. Manager was standing there and staring at the guest, as if they have done something wrong. Immediately she said, I can only give you chicken nuggets in return and they agreed as he doesn't want to fight. There was one girl in the front who was training to a new girl. She took the uncooked chicken as per her manager's instructions and garbage it. She also told the cook in Hindi, these people want to eat everything for free. My neighbors are not from India and doesn't understand Hindi. Firstly, please understand that nobody wants your food for free, it's just that the chicken was completely raw from inside and it's quite expensive as well for a normal person who done our once in a while. So customers have all the right to inform the manager or the respective cashier about the same and get the food replaced.Such a cheap behavior from the staff. You can say bad about customers but not right on their face.

Staff not friendly at all and seem to hate working there. The booth side of the tables are absolutely riddled with holes and are terribly patched up.
First of all the staff were not friendly at all. We are two adults with two young children. The cashier was not welcoming at all. We ordered the eight pieces family meal we were charged a 12 pieces meals. When we brought it to her attention She replied no you asked for the 12 pieces. She was rude. Any way when we asked what side orders comes with the meal she said only one side order comes with the eight meals if you want 2 side orders you should buy the 12 pieces meal. she put the food on the tray with only two forks. she was hesitant to give us tow more when asked. The table wasn’t clean neither were some of the chairs. We had to wipe off some spilled drink of one off the chairs. Some food residue were left on the table from before we had to wipe off with our own wipes. The food didn’t taste good. The experience was awful. That night my 5 years old son was complaining about stomach aches. We told him maybe because he eat two pieces of fried chicken. The following day his school called us to come and take him home because he didn’t want to eat his lunch and he was feeling sick. One thing I know the Popeyes of the past was much better than today.
