I ordered a warm Taro with pearl. The taste is really bad and the powder is not yet dissolved. Their cover has a open which is unable to seal, which lead it leaks out during driving. Won’t buy again.

Good quality bubble tea!I was very impressed and surprised by how their bubble tea had the same distinct specific flavour here as same as Ottawa.The service was not the best however, it was obvious the guy working at the time didn’t want to work

Been here twice now and has been a good experience. Overall presotea is not cheap but they have good deals so we got two regular drinks with topping for 12.The guy was very nice and overall experience was great. Love the seating area, its cozy

Bad experience with this location. A lot of times when I come I have to wait at least 5 to 15 minutes to be served. I end up leaving. I try and give them a chance because there is only one person working but they dont acknowledge you. Today I came in at 936pm and I was acknowledge but was told it was closed and the sign outside says 11am to 11pm..

Slow and under staffed.. There was 1 person working: taking orders and making drinks.I waited over 30 minutes for 6 drinks. They were out of a lot of toppings too.

The customer service here is horrible. The store was empty of customers, yet the man behind the counter never acknowledged or welcomed us to take our orders. He was too busy making online orders very slowly and made us wait there awkwardly without taking our order for 10-15 minutes before we just left. A shame since this place was an okay place to get drinks, but this experience left me very dissatisfied. Its odd he just ignored us and just continued making drinks without even saying anything.
