In simple:The first few times we got a well cooked fluffy pizza. Then "every" pizza is mediocre or worse, not cooked well and not really cared about. Customer service feels hostile if i am honest.customer service:inside it feels unfriendly, hostile, and eery, did not want to come again in person after coming after years for the first time.Pizza:improved and better than others but they almost never made a good pizza after my first few encounters. Cant compete with others the way i get pizza now, i don't buy often.Thriving local restaurant:If your potentially one of the possible best pizza spots nearby, but you keep making careless pizza and your environment can improve.Similar thriving place:another thriving local food place is tender shawarma has 4.6, the guy is friendly and the food is great, often he will give you extra free stuff.conclusion:i don't order every time i think of getting Reginos, because i feel i might get a not cared about pizza, i feel like many customers stop buying and that explains the low rating, although its a good place with issues, i personally would order a lot more if the pizza was properly made.

Been a regular for 14+ years.Quality consistently worsened overtime. Not sure if management changed or they stop monitoring staff.Staff using the same dirty water to mop bathroom and dining floor.Food 50/50. Sometimes it's good and some days you will be running to the bathroom and regretting ur decision to give them your money.Still a fan of Reginos but I rather drive 20min to Yonge and Steeles

It breaks my heart to even write this, but it is not fair to me and future customers that need to be aware of why this place does not do what they say they do. I have ordered pizza from Regino's many times, in fact, my first time was beyond a 5-star experience. I returned to the shop to give the server a big tip because the pizza was the best pizza I had ever had. Now, I have noticed different servers and management barely putting toppings on the pizza. I have ordered on a number of occasions double of the same toppings for big events and family gatherings and each time the amount was less then before. I understand times are tough, cost of living is high and expense for products to make food have increased but there is no excuse to reduce the amount of produce to the increased in price. Basically taking advantage and tipping the scales to ripoff customers. I am truly saddened...this place was my favorite pizza store now its now just another lying storefront.

If 0 stars was an option that would be my rating. I ordered from DoorDash two small pizzas, one halal pepperoni and one veggie. Also ordered their chili fries and a Dr.pepper.The order arrived and when I opened the box to the first pizza, the halal pepperoni, there was dead dried up Cockroach on my pizza. To my shock I lifted the pizza slice and under was more dead Cockroachs and their legs. I'm so disgusted and this pizza smells awful. Like the toppings came out of a rotten trash can.The second pizza, Cockroach legs all over the box a bug Antenna and I don't know what other decapitated bug parts.I am so disgusted and am on the verge of throwing up.Nothing I could see on the fries but that went straight in the trash Because I trust nothing from these guys. ??????Honestly shut down. And clean your resteraunt.

Wow just wow. Ordered a pizza & Chilli Onion Fries. The fries were disgusting. It was advertised with Onions Green Chilli & Ranch Sauce. However I got onions jalapenos and no sauce. The pizza was good but c’mon I paid the same price for the fries as I did the pizza.
