The food is good quality, but I would appreciate it if the menu had a bigger variety of entrees. I also noticed some of the silverware and dishes were dirty and not cleaned thoroughly.

The positives at Seasons are that it is tastefully decorated and the waitstaff are friendly. The negatives during our visit were that they couldn’t figure out how to cook eggs “over hard” (looks like the griddle was too hot) and the toast was very untoasted. They also didn’t give a very large portion of hash browns given the price. Somehow 2 two egg breakfast meals, one with OJ and one with coffee came to $53.11 before tip. At that price I’d expect properly cooked eggs and more hash browns as potatoes are one of the more inexpensive items for a restaurant and eggs are one of the 1st things a chef learns to cook.

Great service. Menu is smaller but everything was delicious. Very nice view to the green space behind the hotel. Not very busy.

Visited for a couple days in November. Rooms are clean, and the view is nice. CN tower is visible in the distance. Beautiful lobby

Super Sunday Brunch. Nice menu choices. A nice, quiet dining experience overlooking the back garden.

It was just ok. Service was slow for not being very busy. Food was ok, not fantastic.

Despite new ownership of the hotel, there has been no improvement at the Seasons. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but not above average; the lunch and dinner menus are very basic, with nothing exciting about them. The food is bland and the service is spotty, at best. The selection of wines by the glass is modest, with average but no really good wines on it. I guess the administration assumes they have a captive audience with hotel guests and they don't have to try any harder...

What a divine evening at the Seasons restaurant in the newly - named Pan Pacific Hotel. The spacious, beautifully - appointed dining room with white table linens and exquisite glassware was set in a high - ceilinged environment. This ambience provided comfort and elegance. We were welcomed and offered our choice of seating which included our quiet booth near a modern encased fireplace. Our velvety smooth mushroom soup with oil infusion was an excellent beginning to this celebratory dinner. Our moist ,glazed turkey and cranberry stuffing were adorned with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts. Berry compote with creamy vanilla ice cream topped this delicious dinner. The waitress made this festive holiday meal a celebration to remember !

Terrible customer service, aweful management, after we paid our bill the manager himself called us over and asked for more tip in cash !!!! Will never walk in there again.

The Sunday brunch and special occasion buffets of meals a surprisingly good - great food high quality ingredients and very nice staff! The brunch menu is very big and varied. Lots of healthy and tasty foods.Have used this space for special occasion meals and private events - - have only had great food and service here. A hidden gem.

Just returned from Easter Sunday brunch. The positives are that they can easily accommodate large groups (9 of us), the coffee is good, the service excellent and if you don't have dietary restrictions, the food is fabulous. The negatives are if you have dietary restrictions, there is a very limited menu. Two at our table were vegan. They very kindly brought meals prepared just for us (stir fried vegetables on rice). However, apart from that and fruit, there were no other options. For the price, I feel they could make a few vegan things available in the regular brunch offering with a label saying they are vegan. At almost $85 per person (tax and tip included), I was disappointed to leave hungry.

Consistently very good food. Great airy space. Attentive staff. Not sure about cost complaints - breakfast buffet is quite reasonable, and menu items are comparable to decent restaurants.

Went for the Christmas Eve dinner. Apart from the main course, everything else felt like something was missing and the server didn’t seem to have any knowledge about the menu at all and was a bit condescending in answering my questions. When I asked about one of the appetizers she said “yeah its just a soup, that’s why you have a spoon there”. Overpriced for the quality of food and service.

We have been coming here for years for special family occasions and we enjoy the brunch and service, however, it is a little pricey.
