Placed a $483.97 order for delivery, they forgot about the order, didn't make it, and it took me 15 minutes of calling between two phone numbers for someone to pick up the phone. Finally get transferred to someone after being on hold for a few minutes, only for that woman to let me know she can't make the order because "head office just sent me the order now."Clearly the company is disorganized and lacks communication. Wanted to try their catering for the first time for our executive business meeting... that won't be happening now. Select Sandwich didn't even offer something as simple as an apology. I'm actually shocked. If you want reliable catering services, this is not the company to fulfill that.
