I just had tofu and noodles. Both were cold. I ordered it at 11:30 am, so I can just imagine when it was made. Should NOT have been served like that.

2 meal combo.. as I don't expect the quality... but even the quantity is below average.shanghai noodles and meals portion just a ripped off. and when I asked the staff if the noodle or meat be more, she replied that it was for 1 person portion....atmosphere is fairview mall food court..so I would still give 3 stars.

Great food, lots of options!Ordered general tao and beef with rice, very good portion and price was very reasonable. I liked the fact that they had 2 meat no veg combo. Usually other places dont have this option. It’s either 1 meat 1 veggie or 2 meat 1 veggie. Keep up the great work :)

I bought dinner from Shanghai 360 last Saturday. I was at Fairview mall with my family. My family ordered from a different restaurant. I ordered a combo of Tao chicken, broccoli and part noodle and part rice for $11.95. I had a very bad restaurant with this restaurant. Customer service was horrible. They are very stingy with how much serving they put on your container. I had to request the girl to put a little more as she was putting very little. Which the girl did unwillingly. The cashier was rude when I asked for extra which sauce and napkins. She just wanted me to swipe my credit card, leave so she could charge the next customer. The food felt stale, bland and dry. The chicken tasted bad. Broccoli was tasteless with no gravy. Rice felt stale and dry as well. I felt sick and uncomfortable trying to finishin my meal. And felt that I had wasted my money there and should have gone somewhere else. The servers at Shanghai 360 are rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend this restaurant. I will never buy my meals from this place again.

Shanghai 360 was extremely dirty, the food was terrible, my friend specifically asked for a certain type of shrimp, and she got a different type that she is allergic to. She almost had an allergic reaction and she noticed beforehand and went to confront the staff. But the young staff member started yelling at her and told her that she was wrong.

They watch every piece they put in your container. They put a little rice with double the veggies and very stingy on the meat. They watch every piece they put in your container. I had someone TAKE OUT meat from the container because I guess she thought she put too much.

Terrible experience. I got their dim sum combo and the bbq pork baos were so dried and hard. Completely inedible. Shrimp dumpling had the worse tasting shrimp as well. Will not be returning again!

Shanghai 360 Restaurant is a gem! Combo 3 provided a satisfying portion, mouthwatering flavors, and unbeatable value. Highly recommended for those seeking a delightful dining experience in Shanghai.

This is a Chinese food stall in the Fairview Mall food court. This is the kind where you choose a number or proteins and/or vegetables with rice or noodles. Prices are based on the number of items you order. They also have a Noodle Bar. For one protein with rice or noodles, it costs $9.25. We ordered Sesame Seed Chicken with Rice Noddles. The chicken was yummy. I'm glad the batter was not too sweet. The rice noodles were acceptable. The thick noodles are spicy so I didn't choose it. The serving size was filling for one or two people. They didn't ask me whether I wanted dine-in or takeout. They just assumed takeout so they gave me a plastic bag. I thought stores are no longer allowed to give out plastic bags. If you are dining in, you get a tray. I bought my food at 20:10. At 20:30 (30 mins before they close), they suddenly had an end-of-day sale for $6.99. These dishes were 1 protein + 1 vegetable + rice/normal, selling for $10.45 normally. I could have saved some money had I known! They pre-dish the food into takeout containers, and there was a large continuous lineup. There is no free WiFi but you can use the mall's WiFi. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms but you can use the food court's washrooms. There is free parking at the mall's parking lot. Review 2023-093

Didn't try this one but just to let you guys know the Villa Madina next to it is a disaster. You'll get little beef and chicken by chance.
