We were there for quick late night dinner and ordered buffalo ranch boneless 10 pieces and got buffalo ranch sauce 1lb wings. We did not bother the server cause it is happens. Then we were waiting for a straw 5,6 mins. We had to ask too many times. And before the kitchen close, we ordered boneless 10 pieces spicy garlic parmesan, and we gor only garlic parmesan. We go there quite often. This time our experience was worse than expectations. The girl who served us she was ok but did not paid attention to us. She might be tired idk it was a late night but still did not satisfied me at all.
Amina was the best, came here for some food stayed for the vibes. Was very attentive and she’s the reason we’ll be back!!

Terrible Terrible service. We were ignored severs walked past us we had empty drinks on the table no body came to clear them, asked the bartender to make us a drink said she'd find our server which she didn't. Server finally came over took our drink order didn't bring them waited 15 minutes for them. There's so much more to say but why waste more time. I will not be returning to that location.

I would like to share my experience at this location on Sunday night. We get there and seat ourselves because no one payed attention to us. We order drinks ( three people group) it took over 20 mins to get our drinks. It was probably longer but ill be nice. We order a second round and it took forever, so we are starting to get frustrated. As we were talking to the waitress about the service two groups sitting at the bar tables also started to voice there opinion of the super slow service. I believe her name is Bhessa. She was very inattentive when she was a waitress, but she seems to not care at all now as a bartender. I'm hoping this was just a bad night, but it probably wasn't as i've dealt with her horrendous customer service skills before.

Last Sunday I came here with my friends and everything was fine until... One of them ordered the dill crispers (I think that was the name). We all thought it would be pickles, so when it arrived and it turned out to be cardboard-like chips and no pickles, he asked about it and the waitress shrugged and said that many customers have had questions about it before... Then why didn't you warn him? (IF she was told to not warn people about that crappy side, then shame on you, management.)That was the main issue, but not the only one. We really reaaally had to make some effort to catch the girl's attention to order or get the bill as they all took their sweet time for everything, because we were waiting for like 20 mins to get the bill, then another few minutes of her asking us who got what, to split it.Lastly, your cheesecake is not really a cheesecake. It was very lacking in the cheese area and FROZEN. Hard frozen. One of my friends got the cup dessert and it was very much frozen too, so we both had a hard time finishing our desserts.I hope next time we will have a better experience and I can leave a higher star review, but this time it just threw all of us off.

SUPER DRY WINGS!Ordered for delivery twice. First time, wings were Super dry on the edges that they almost cut my gums. Received only 2 winglets and 6 drumlets. Should have been an equal amount of each. I figured maybe it was because it was the end of the night. But then I decided to give them another chance and ordered a second time … the wings were even drier than the first time. See the photos if you don’t believe me. Again, I received only 2 winglets and 6 drumlets. Who’s eating all the winglets?!Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. I don’t know if it would be the same experience if I ate in the restaurant. But it should be the same experience either way.

Visited on 1/7/2024 around 4:45 pm and experienced absolutely terrible customer service. My group of three walked into this restaurant and were completely ignored by not one, but two different servers despite making eye contact multiple times. We stood at the front for almost 5 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge us before we decided to seat ourselves after resorting to hand gestures. And mind you, the place wasn't very busy.Once seated, our server dropped off menus and proceeded to walk past our table countless times without taking our order. We patiently waited, thinking she would eventually come over, but after being blatantly ignored again, we had enough. In addition to this, the bartender noticed us waiting for our orders to be taken, and one would naturally expect them to communicate with the servers, but they didn't. This lack of coordination among the staff is unacceptable in the service industry.We finally reached our limit after waiting at our table for 15 minutes and walked out. The lack of BASIC courtesy and attention to customers at this location is appalling. Avoid.
The wings are always very bloody in the middle. I also always ask for extra sauce on the wings and they're always dry. Im done buying them. The fries and dill sauce are very good
